Hi It's Me Remember? Jon Gosselin Slams Kate Gosselin In New Interview, Talks Pulling A Gun On Paparazzo

Hello Gosselin fans! Its been weeks, maybe months since I have personally gone on this site and shared myself. Some of the old trolls may get a kick out of it, out of our heyday. They used to line up on the telephone lines squawking until they could fly down and poop all over my site. In the heyday there was allegations of who I was, rummaging through "Classmates.com" hoping to get some bad image of me before I lost weight. Some people would attack every single word or photo I put on my page. Then the years passed..trolls got even older and Bullyville.com shook everyone on their ears by fighting back for Kate when know one thought they could and actually named names! And got most of the scum off line and left the dying grandpa hate site just to chat about the old days... Ahh good times.. not

So this is a good question. Why is GrandMA still here? Well duh, when I keep a promise I freaking stick to it. I DID say I would be the fan site that would last until EVERY hate site about Kate Gosselin is gone, and dammit is GWOP giving me a run for my money. Once the comments started to slow I only come on when theres something good (or bad) out there to discuss. Just yesterday John Gosselin came out with a seriously bitter pill interview that I just had to discuss and put here. Be warned, he says some pretty nasty things about Kate on the heels of his last-ditch effort to get back on Reality TV. Is it really for the Couples Therapy? You will have to decide for yourself, but I can tell you this, he still really needs to get over Kate, and it shows.

Back in the day the computer would eat you whole with the John & Kate obsession everyone had. They were out for blood. Looking back, my life has changed so much you can't help but laugh at how stupid it all was. It was like going to war everyday in fear of turning the computer on. But in the end, it made me realize how truly blessed I was, with the friends I made on line I would normally would never have had and taking this blogging experience into a legit career behind the scenes of Reality TV. I got to not only go behind the lens but take my blogging elsewhere and make make a positive career change. Kate Gosselin did that for me! So thank you Kate. And thank you to all the amazing strong people that stood by me on this site. Please never stop lurking or leaving comments. Cause it been 6 years 2 sites and I'm still HERE! Hugs BM

Jon Gosselin, he of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" fame who's now known for living in a secluded cabin and working as a waiter, opened up to Philadelphia magazine in an interview published yesterday, Dec. 27. In it, Gosselin doesn't hold back when it comes to his ex-wife and the mother of his children, Kate Gosselin.
“Everyone thinks I’m out to get Kate. I don’t give a f*ck!” Jon told the magazine, after discussing the couple's now-tossed lawsuit in which Kate alleged Jon stole her computer hard drive and hacked her email. “What would I get out of it? Everyone knows she’s an asshole, you know what I mean? I don’t have to -- she’s proven that!”
“Kate wants to still be on television. She’s now digging into the past, because that’s what sells. Too late, honey. No one gives a f*ck, really.”
Gosselin, 36, also criticized Kate's social media habits after quitting Twitter himself last year. “She tweets everything," he said. "To the world, all about my children. I think it’s disgusting and awful. They can’t even have a normal life.” Philadelphia magazine notes that in November, Jon told Oprah that the show had given his kids “developmental” issuesKate had then refuted these claims on her blog.
The magazine also talked to the father of eight about a September incident in whichhe pulled a gun on a paparazzo who tried to follow him home. “It’s your choice. Right to bear arms,” Jon said. “Second Amendment. Here you go,” he said as he showed his interviewer his weapon, adding: “This is the gun I pulled out.”

Kate Gosselin Wiretapping Lawsuit A ‘Fishing Expedition,’ Claims Ex Jon… As He Asks Judge To Dismiss Case

Radar.com: Four years after Jon and Kate Gosselin‘s reality TV marriage ended in a bitter divorce, the duo are still fighting it out in court. In August, Kate blindsided her ex with a multi-million-dollar hacking, wiretapping and identity theft lawsuit, and now, RadarOnline.com has learned, he’s hitting back with a motion to dismiss what he calls a “fishing expedition” by the mother of his eight kids.Kate’s lawsuit accused Jon and Kate tell-all author Robert Hoffman of illegally accessing her computer, email, and bank accounts. New court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com and filed by Jon’s lawyers in Pennsylvania on October 22 lay out point by point why Jon is asking a judge to dismiss her claims against him. (Kate has already dismissed four of her eight original claims, after Jon filed an earlier motion to dismiss in September.)

Perhaps more importantly, according to the documents, Kate decided to make these claims after the statute of limitations had passed. She first publicly mentioned suspicions that Jon was accessing her personal information in 2009, and the statute of limitations for such claims is two years. “Now, nearly four years later, [Kate] has apparently determined that the time is right [to sue] but it is too late,” the documents allege, and as such, her claims should be dismissed.First and foremost, the documents allege, Kate’s complaint “consists of little more than threadbare recitals of” her accusations, and little in the way of explanation. Claiming that Kate did not provide “sufficient factual allegations to demonstrate” the truth of her claims, the documents say that her complaint “is too vague” because she did not specify which computer or online accounts were accessed, when they were accessed, or how information needed to accomplish the access was obtained. Kate’s claims, the documents allege, “are pure speculation, a fishing expedition, and should be treated as such.”
Hoffman filed his own motion to dismiss referring to the same arguments laid forth on Jon’s motion. Finally, according to the motion, if Kate wishes to sue for violation of privacy, she must admit that the allegations found in Hoffman’s book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, which was allegedly written with improperly obtained information, are true. Kate has called the book “defamatory and untrue,” so, the motion argues, she “disproves her [own] claim.”

Kate Winds Down Book Tour, Has Sadness For Jon, Cara & Mady Celebrate A Milestone!

Kate Gosselin and Bethenny FrankelCredit: Neilson Barnard
USWEEKLYMAGAZINE.COM: Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin's days as lovably cranky TLC sweethearts with a telegenic brood of eight feel like ancient history -- and, over three years since their marriage bitterly imploded, Kate, 38, claims she harbors no ill will towards her ex-husband, 36. Jon, for one, recently came out of the woodwork to reveal his new, humble life working as a waiter at a restaurant and living in a rustic cabin in rural Pennsylvania -- and briefly lashing out at a photographer by brandishing a handgun. Welcoming Kate on her talk show, Bethenny Frankel asked her pointblank of Jon: "Has he snapped? Do you still love him?"
"Somebody once told me that if you feel sadness and empathy and pity for someone the root of that is love," Kate replied. "I feel like the person that I married nearly overnight was not that person anymore," she said, looking back on their days in the spotlight. The former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star told Frankel -- no stranger to bitter marital disputes and custody battles -- the strict arrangement she and Jon have worked out. "Without going into to much detail we are making the best of it. I definitely want them to know that I did not want to hinder or stand in the way of that relationship with him," she explained.
"So I do everything I can to foster that because it is important and you have to have the ability to remove judgement and ugliness from that. The best thing for my kids is that I give them the opportunity and the ability to continue that relationship. When they are older if they don't want to do it anymore or whatever decisions they make that is their business. For now, my job is to foster that bond." Frankel also grilled the Dancing with the Stars alum on her changed appearance -- and speculation about plastic surgery. "I did have a tummy tuck," she said simply. Where did Kate's money from reality TV fame go? " The majority of what we made, I, personally took and put in a college fund for them because they will go to college. So I use coupons, we don't wear the top brands," she said. "Those things to me really aren't overly important but college, school and their house, where they live is important.

Kate Gosselin signs copies of her book at Staten Island bookstore

NEW SPRINGVILLE -- When Howie Silverman got married two years ago, he had never heard of the hit reality-TV show "Jon & Kate Plus 8." But that soon changed when, at the suggestion of his bride, Andrea, the lovebirds binge-watched the series.Howie was transformed into a hardcore fan. "It was the first show we watched together," said the couple.
They had just met the show's star, Kate Gosselin, at the Barnes & Noble in New Springville, where the mother of eight signed copies of her new cookbook, "Love Is in the Mix," which includes some of her family's favorite recipes. "I can openly admit to wanting to come meet her now," said Howie after receiving his autographed copy. "My wife turned me into a Kate Gosselin fan." About 50 devotees flocked to the bookstore on Tuesday evening to meet the reality-TV star, caught in a vortex of controversy since she filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against her ex-husband, Jon. She has accused him of hacking into her personal information to gather material for his tell-all book. She said her Staten Island session afforded her relief from some of the negative attention she has received over the last few months. "It brings a balance with the ugly rumor mill that seems to be turned by the people out there who aren't so positive," said Ms. Gosselin. "I know I have a good, supportive and wholesome fan base. It's really inspiring." As for her twins and sextuplets, Ms. Gosselin said they're all doing "marvelous," and are currently enjoying the start of the school year. "They're all happy, normal kids."

Jon And Kate Gosselin’s Twin Daughters Hit Their "Terrible Teens"

Get ready for some hormones in the Gosselin household — twins Mady and Cara are officially teenagers! Proud mom Kate Gosselin announced their birthday via Twitter, plus her plans for a huge celebration. But truly worthy of celebration is the fact that the twins won’t spend their teenage years on the set of Kate Plus 8.
They’ve long been known as the older Gosselin siblings, but that doesn’t stop us from thinking of Mady and Cara as that pair of adorable little girls from Kate Plus 8. They’re no longer all that little though, seeing as their 13th birthday is today! Kate Gosselin marked the occasion this morning with the following announcement: “Happy Birthday to my sweet girls who turn 13 today! Celebrations began last night w the gr8 1D movie!”
Kate’s tweet may be a little misleading. The celebrations actually began this past weekend, for, as the reality star mentioned via social media, “Just sent house full of friends home after a super 13th bday sleepover..Finished ordering bday gifts from lists->hope they arrive fast!”
Between a birthday sleepover, a fantastic movie night and further celebrations to come, this proud mama is intent on spoiling her teenage daughters! But they deserve it, having made it through the chaos of reality television without any major meltdowns. And now that they’re mostly out of the public eye, we hope that Mady and Cara will be able to enjoy all the normal highs and lows of adolescence — without the interference of TV cameras!
We’d like to wish Mady and Cara Gosselin a very happy 13th birthday! Feel free to share your best wishes for these lovely young women in the comments section below!

Jon Gosselin, Fires Gun off At Paparazzo, No Longer Pays Child Support

Jon Gosselin Says He Doesn't Pay Child Support, Has "No Relationship" With Ex-Wife Kate Gosselin

USWEEKLY.COM: What a difference four years makes. There was a time, not that long ago, when you couldn't mention Jon Gosselin without also mentioning his then-wife, Kate Gosselin. They were a unit -- Jon and Kate, plus their eight young children. These days, though, the two lead completely separate lives.
In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight's Brooke Anderson, Gosselin opens up about the nature of his interactions, or lack thereof, with his now-ex-wife. (The former couple finalized their divorce in 2009 after 10 years of marriage.)

"I don't have a relationship with Kate. There is no relationship. Text and email. That's it," Gosselin told Anderson, noting that it's been that way for four years. The two don't even cross paths when Gosselin goes to pick up their children. "The nanny comes out and I exchange the kids at her gate or at the bus stop," he explained. "I don't physically see her."

Gosselin also noted that he does not pay any type of child support to his ex. "[Kate and I] both support [the children] financially because she takes care of school and all that stuff, but I take care of the exact same things she takes care of," he said. "I buy their own groceries. They have their own groceries at my house, their own bedrooms, their own stuff. It's doubled."
As previously reported, Gosselin now lives in a cabin in the woods with no TV or internet. "I've hit rock bottom like 20 times, and then I just bounce back and go somewhere else," he told Anderson. After his family's TLC reality show came to an end in 2011, the one-time Jon & Kate Plus 8 star struggled to find work. These days, he's waiting tables at Black Dog restaurant in Beckersville, Pa.
"At first I was nervous because I was like, 'How are people going to react?'" Gosselin, 36, said of taking the job. "But then I'm thinking, 'Well it's fun and I get to talk to people.' And they technically already know me...They're like, 'Are you the guy?' I'm like, 'Yeah, I'm the guy.'"

JON GOSSELINYEAH, I FIRED MY GUN

TMZ.COM: Jon Gosselin has no apology for firing a warning shot to scare off a trespassing paparazzo, because he tells TMZ it's within his legal right.

Gosselin says the female photog is the one who broke the law by trespassing and repeatedly refusing to leave his private property ... which he says gave him the right to bust a cap.

"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza" Jon says, adding, "It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."

Gosselin is calling the photogs bluff -- she says she's filing police report -- because he's certain cops will tell her a thing or two about trespassing and a person's right to protect their property. Jon says he's mulling over his own legal right ... because he's really pissed at the pap. Whether it's legal or not for Jon to fire the shot ... it did the trick.

Kate Has A New People Magazine Cover! "Kate Gosselin: Her World After Reality TV" Jon Gosselin: My Relationship with Kate Is 'Just Transportation and Logistics'

Kate Gosselin: Her Life After Reality TV
Kate Gosselin and family

It's been more than two years since Kate Gosselin and her brood of eight – twins Mady and Cara, 12, and sextuplets Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel, Leah and Aaden, 9 – appeared on their own TV series, and the single mom is decidedly humble about her circumstances. "I'm living very carefully these days," Gosselin tells PEOPLE in its latest issue, on newsstands Friday. Now that her TLC reality show is a thing of the past, the matriarch is making ends meet "piecing and patching together" an income from a variety of projects, she says.

For the former nurse, whose marriage to Jon Gosselin imploded on Jon & Kate Plus 8 in 2009 after a cheating scandal hit the tabloids, "To not have a reliable income is scary," she concedes. But Gosselin is quick to absorb some of the blame herself. "I made so many mistakes, of course," she says, admitting that her own diva-like behavior may have led to her current unemployed state.

Looking back on the heyday of her fame, and the scandal that surrounded her, "It feels like a whole other lifetime ago," she says. "And sometimes I don't even remember much of it. Both when the babies were first born and during the divorce, I was on survival mode. I feel like I've lived two lifetimes already. I'm not the same person I was ... I don't even recognize her. And while Kate says in the new issue of PEOPLE that she still doesn't fully agree with many of the choices Jon – who alternates between working IT jobs and selling energy-efficient products – has made, her ex is as capable of shrugging off her irritation as always.

Jon Gosselin: My Relationship with Kate Is 'Just Transportation and Logistics'

People.com: While Kate Gosselin is still adjusting to life away from the TV cameras, her former costar – and former husband – Jon Gosselin is quite happy outside the spotlight. Living in a small cabin roughly 30-minutes away from the house Kate shares with the kids, Jon is still miles away from the kind of adventure-packed life he used to have. "It's more rural, more of a farm community," he says of his home now. As for his activities with his kids, whom he sees once during the week and every other weekend, he says, "We have backyard barbecues, we go to Walmart."

Though the early days of sharing custody with Kate were fraught with legal wrangling and drama, these days Jon says his relationship with Kate is "civil." "We text. It's moved from email to text," he says. "We don't communicate that well, so it's better with text to leave emotion out of it. Really, all we're dealing with is just transportation and logistics." "I am way more laid back," he acknowledges. "If they make a mess? Oh well. I live in a cabin. It's not like it's an expensive floor. So what? We'll wash it." One thing he does have in common with Kate? Looming money woes. With the bulk of the money they made during the heyday of Jon and Kate Plus 8 either socked away for college or long-since spent, Jon realizes there are big bills ahead.

"Feeding them is going to be super-expensive," he says. "I spent $450 last weekend on food. They ate four pounds of shrimp at a restaurant – who eats four pounds of peel-and-eat shrimp? It's almost comical. But they're great."

John Gosselin New Interview, Did He Write A Book? Kate Will Never Leave Her "Tweeties"

Kate Gosselin Jon Gosselin
REALITY TEA: Jon Gosselin is FREE! Free to talk – that is – and he has a lot to say about ex-wife Kate Gosselin. In a recent interview, Jon shared, "My contract was over in September of 2012. My exclusivity? That’s done. It was done earlier, but there is a six month waiting period, then it’s wiped clean." Oy. Kate's worst nightmare. The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star also dished about finances, custody issues, and a possible tell-all book.
First,  Jon explained why he quit Jon & Kate Plus 8, their wildly popular reality TV show. "I quit the show so our divorce couldn't be filmed. So there was no video record of the demise of our marriage and the insecurity of our children." Four years later… "It's still going on now – custody battles, not agreeing, the rules, and court. It doesn't bother me though because I want to do what’s best for my kids."
Kate is to blame for the ongoing battle according to Jon.  "I don’t know why she doesn't want to work together. I don’t know what the hate is, what the revenge is. She chose TV, she wanted to get divorced, she marketed the children. My former wife sees it as ownership and not as togetherness."
Jon continued,  "I think I sacrifice more on my end because I’m not on the network anymore. I’m not making the money I used to. I have to go to work, I have for four years. The lying, all the crap in between, is just ridiculous. I’ve seen couples work together in a divorce." Work is not very high on Jon's priority list.  "To me it’s more important to be there for your children. You have to be there, always. Your job, if they don’t understand, then they don’t really care about you as an employee. It’s family first, career, then the rest. I have had enough courage to say I’m leaving.  I don’t even think about."
Jon added,  "People say, ‘Oh, you have to have steady job to support them.’ Well, I need to support them emotionally not financially. They’ll be taken care of."  By Kate? Jon whined about the "big pile of cash" she "sits on" repeatedly. While he might be fueled by what's best for the kids, as he mentioned 100 times, he sounds bitter to me.
About finances, Jon added, "I know how much I paid for my divorce. I know how much I paid to the network for getting sued [for quitting]. I know how much I paid out in lawyers. I know what I owe, which is astronomical, but it’s done. I can’t do anything about it. It’s a guilt on my part and my shoulders, and I don’t know if I’ll ever make that much money again. And I don’t necessarily care. I have to take care of myself." Does Jon regret quitting the show?  "It was a horrible business decision. I destroyed everything but it was a moral thing. And any time morals are involved, you know there is going to be huge sacrifice. But [the kids] are free now. I’m free now."
About KateJon said, "I've never burned my ex-wife in the public. If I wanted to, I would have made millions of dollars in 2009. I protected the sanctity of our family. You want to go out there and burn me? You go ahead but you’re not protecting the sanctity of your family. You’re not protecting your children’s lives. You’re just burning their father in the press." Now that Jon is free to talk?  "Do I want to?  Sure, and I have every possible piece of documentation needed to back myself."
Jon went on to say that he's no longer afraid of Kate or TLC. He continued, "I haven’t spoken in four years, so now I’m doing stuff and it is all coming out because I don’t care anymore. I’m not under injunction anymore. I think that’s the fear of the network and the fear of my former wife but the truth is actually going to come out because one day, I’m just going to snap." Finally, Jon teased, "I wrote a book but I’m not sure I want to publish it now. It has a lot of stuff going on, legality wise, I mean it would pretty much sum up everything.

Kate Gosselin Promises to 'Never Leave' Her 'Tweeties', and They Love It!

GATHER: Kate Gosselin sounds as though she might be trying to strike a deal with her fans on social networking. The reality TV mom of eight, who has joined modern "tweeting society" as she puts it, sent out a message on Saturday that is cute and definitely a way to say she wants to stay in the spotlight for a while longer.
The quote Kate re-tweeted is from the romantic movie "The Notebook", which was originally a book by Nicholas Sparks. If you saw it, then you already know it's super-cheesy-but-oh-so-sweet.
Here's what Kate said:
"Hey tweeties, do we have a deal? :) XO RT @Notebook: I promise to stay if you promise to never leave."
Despite all the hate Kate gets, it seems that her followers are definitely in on this deal and want to see more of Kate Gosselin and her children in the future. Many of them tweeted their reply with the word "Deal!" showing just how much they love Kate and her eight.
Do you think Kate should stay in the spotlight? Will it be good for her kids as they get older?

BabyMama Is Still Here, Kate Gosselin Speaks About Stolen Photo Stirring Controversy

Hello Gosselin fans! Yes I'm still here. I was so excited about RWA being shut down, RealityTVKids no longer posting "Khate" and GosselinsWithoutPity falling off a cliff that I felt I needed to take a break for a bit. I'm truly impressed with the years this blog has been in existence. The years that all the trolls laughed and said I would disappear, that I would never be the last one standing. But here I am years later finally having the last laugh. It has certainly been a long time coming.

With new and this site slowing down, I will not longer post until there is news. That doesn't mean that I'm not here. You can always drop me a line or comment on my pages. I miss that the most. This site WILL stay up until all the others finally fold. Right now they are just laying low. Sneaky trolls. When news or things come up I will continue to post and i hope that you continue to stop by. I miss the comments and the chats. Cause at the end of the day I will always be supporting Kate and all you lovely strong ladies out there. So stop by and let me know how you all are doing! XO BM

Kate Gosselin is speaking out about a “stolen” photo that generated a wave of controversy and appeared to show her mocking Asians, as Radar first reported.
The photo shows Kate holding her fingers to her eyes and first publicly surfaced Sunday, sent from a newly created Twitter account. It immediately caused bitter clashes between pro- and anti-Kate camps. Now Kate has revealed the story behind the photo and posted ANOTHER photo showing Jon standing in the same location. Radar has learned the photo of Jon was taken during the same day in the couple’s garage. The photos were on Kate’s phone, she says. Kate explained the situation by posting this message:
Clarification on my personal photo that was stored on our “home computer,” that recently surfaced and was released to the public, without my permission:
This was a happy memory of mine. It was a happy time for me and Jon, smiling and “goofing off” together. Jon and I were opening fan mail together one afternoon — which often filled the garage of our Elizabethtown home — and when we opened this plastic Asian dress up wig sent from a caring fan, we smiled, each taking turns posing in it and snapping photos (on my phone) of each other. Naturally, I “slanted” my eyes to show him my best Asian impression, which made him smile.
Evidently, a fan sent it for me to wear so that I too could “be Asian” like the rest of my family. At that time, a common topic of our show was “everybody’s Asian” — except for mommy, so a thoughtful fan figured she’d help me look Asian too! It’s normal to talk about and even “exaggerate” the feature differences between family members of a biracial family as they are noticed by curious growing children within the family. These types of discoveries and at home discussions are a normal part of being a loving accepting biracial family and it does not make any of us prejudice!
I married an Asian. I have eight biracial children therefore I’m quite certain that I’m the last person that could be called a racist. I learned to cook Korean foods from Jon’s mom and grandmother. I couldn’t be more proud of my eight beautiful children and wouldn’t change anything about them or their heritage. They are absolutely perfect just the way they are. God loves each of us equally. We are each created perfectly in His eyes. In this family, we don’t see color or preference, we see qualities and hearts. Those photos taken on my phone were later uploaded to be saved on the home computer…..the same source of other private information that was taken and has since been made public, without my consent.
The blaring fact that remains is that a personal photo that left a warm and happy memory, was taken and misused without my permission and opportunistically turned into something that it never was intended to be.Meanwhile, as Radar was first to report Kate is preparing to sue her ex husband Jon and e-book author Robert Hoffman.
Hoffman wrote: “I’ll bet that Kate wishes that she hadn’t been photographed making a ‘slant-eye’ pose with a big smile on her face though. Kate Gosselin has eight part-Asian children. Her ex-husband Jon is half Korean. Is it ok for Kate to do something like that?A photograph of Kate in this pose was referenced in Hoffman’s e-book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World. Hoffman wrote an e-book filled with information from Kate’s computer. He claimed the information was in her trash and that’s where he retrieved it from. But others believe Jon helped him get the information. Hoffman did not respond to an e-mail request from Radar on Monday asking if he released the photo of Kate.

It's OVER! RWA Hate Site Shut Down After 6 Years of Attacks THANKS To Bullyville.com JUSTICE FINALLY SERVED!

Before I post up an article I wanted to talk a bit about a few years ago when someone that posted on Lisa "Swetmon" Knights RWA page. Someone posting as "jibberjabbers" of all names created a hate site with myself and my children's photos stolen from and old open Classmates page. Instead of blocking the information she spent years doctoring the photos and making fun of me for my looks and my weight before I lost all of it. She allowed people to post my children's photos all over the web, saying it was "payback" for having a fan site. She posted my personal information as well, including my address without a second thought. I have been dealing with her hatred now for as long as I have had my blog. I vowed to myself that no matter what was going on with my life. I was going to keep my site up until hers went down.

Rebecca Harkness from Realitytvkids wasn't as vile and took the more subtle approach. By letting her
readers do all the dirty work for her, she was able to create what we thought was a HUGE fan base. Turns out, it was the same people posting over and over with different screen names. I honestly never had much of an issue with this Kate Gosslin hate site. They were entitled to their opinion as did the fans that posted here. I think the hurtful thing WAS the way that they attacked me based solely on what I look like, when no one actually KNEW until that site was put up about me. Little do we know that most of these ladies were old retirees that had nothing better to do than to make fun of people for their own enjoyment. I have NEVER done that on this site. In the now 6 years I have been blogging in support of Kate Gosselin, I never went there. Yet year after year people were ran off fan sites by threats "of being outed". Nobody needed to be told that we were "less than" for supporting a famous woman that some didn't like. I never saw any fans be attacked this way. So after getting the call about the Radar online article below, I have fully resolved myself from dealing with them ever again. I'm blessed that we finally won, and they have lost. RealityTVKids is now carefully stay away from what they were, even though they still have the horrible photos up. But that doesn't matter to me. I finally did what I said I would do, which was to stick it out to see JUSTICE. Thank you so much Bullyville.com. You a little late to the game but in a short amount of time ultimately made the touchdown that won the game! XO BM

Blog That Featured Threats Against Kate Gosselin Shut Down After Receiving Subpoena; Kate’s Lawsuit Against Ex-Husband Moving Forward

A popular blog that featured threats against Kate Gosselin has been shut down after receiving a subpoena for the reality star’s upcoming lawsuit against her ex husband. Reality Without Apologies, which billed itself as a parody site, hosted some of the most virulent Kate haters, some of whom posted death threats. Now the woman who runs the blog, who goes by the name Lisa Knight, has shut it down. BullyVille, an anti-bullying web site run by James McGibney, has vowed to pursue people across the Web who bully others and cross the line with death threats and other illegal behavior. The blog shut down on Friday and now features this statement on its home page:
“After six long years I have decided to permanently shut down this blog. I have been very fortunate to meet some great people because of RWA and I will continue to keep in contact with those closest to me.  I also want everyone to be aware that BullyVille was not bluffing after all. I was served with a subpoena today. They are gathering information for the lawsuit that Kate has against Jon and Robert.  I have had the subpoena verified, it is a real legal document.  For those of you who posted death threats, I’m certain those are being investigated. As long as this site is up and running it could cause serious legal issues, and I would never want those type of issues to be a burden on any of you.  I have to agree that I don’t think that alleged death threats should ever be made against anyone. I hope everyone can move on with their lives.”
Shutting down one of the most notorious sites for featuring anti-Kate comments that often crossed the line is the
beginning of what will certainly be a headline-making war between Kate and her ex plus Hoffman. Hoffman has repeatedly stated that Kate is an unfit mother, told Radar that he called Child Services on her twice and has vowed he has incriminating information on her. His book contained what he said are her personal journals (from her computer), including passages where she talked about spanking her children and being afraid she would harm them.Radar broke the story that Kate will sue Jon Gosselin and Robert Hoffman, the author of an e-book that was highly critical of Kate. Much of the material from the book was from Kate’s computer, which Hoffman told Radar he retrieved from her trash. McGibney is an anti-bullying activist who took on and defeated the notorious Hunter Moore, who ran a “revenge” porn site. Moore lost a lawsuit to McGibney and his site was dismantled. McGibney also sued another revenge porn site and won that as well. He donates all proceeds from legal victories to battered women’s shelters.
But a rep for BullyVille responded by issuing this statement to Radar: “This has nothing to do with protecting someone’s right to free speech as these defendants’ would have you believe.  They committed multiple federal crimes and the evidence that we now have will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt they destroyed this mother of 8 purely for financial gain. The journals have not been verified as genuine. The subpoena for information from Reality Without Apologies will help Kate gather information for her upcoming lawsuit. And Radar has learned exclusively that BullyVille has sent out other subpoenas and received IP addresses connected to numerous sites that will play a role in the upcoming federal lawsuit by Kate. Many in the anti-Kate camp have accused BullyVille of restricting their right to free speech with these tactics.
