Explosive Nancy Grace & Jon on The Insider, Watch Time To Organize Here!

First off hello to all my new readers! Hits have exploded on this site with many fresh opinions. Just when I thought there would be a break in Gosselinland, theres been so much media and issues on both sides, its been hard to keep up. This post will be updated, but I wanted to get the episode on for those that watch it here.

Kate Cleans Up Clutter on Jon & Kate Plus 8 October 6, 2009 People.com

As Jon and Kate Gosselin’s he-said-she-said heated up on Monday, a new episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 focused on a more mundane task: cleaning out the basement of the family’s home in Wernersville, Pa.“In a cluttered world, my mind is cluttered,” Kate said, standing off the set in her basement where she tapes her confessionals on a couch for the show. “When there is clutter, my eyes go to it and it drives me crazy. I can’t stand clutter.” The other part of the basement was her family’s “dumping ground.”

Without any sign of Jon — save for items that ended up in a box with his name on it — Kate hired a pair of professional organizers to help her accomplish her goal. “I just wanted to get everything pulled out of boxes, organized into categories and then I wanted shelves up to display everything so that everything was up off the ground and there was floor space,” she said. They had two days to finish the task. Kate’s best friend Jamie came in from Michigan to help with the chore. “I needed moral support and help and company,” Kate said. “I wish she could live here. We make a good team.”
Meanwhile, the Gosselin children played upstairs with a babysitter and came down periodicaly to rediscover long-lost treasures like Hannah’s kitty stuffed animal, Alexis’s doll and a penguin costume. Kate also made exciting discoveries, both old and new. “I think I’ve waited my whole life for my true love, the label maker,” she said as she printed out labels for boxes and her new shelves.
At one point, Kate found a calendar from her twins’ first year. She used it to document milestones like their first teeth coming in and learning to stand. “We had two kids. Can you tell? I took all that time,” Kate said, amazed with former, more organized self. Compared the increasingly messy divorce the family is weathering, the episode’s drama was mild: Kate had a deadline in order to make time to take twins Mady and Cara to a Jonas Brothers concert later that night, which she did.
“The worst fear is that it got started and did not get finished,” Kate said. “I need a start and completion to everything.” –Aaron Parsley

Kate on The Today Show 10/3, Jon on The Insider, Discuss "Time To Organize" Here

Please note, this post will be revised after tonight's shows ...

Kate Gosselin, Today Show 10/5: Gather.com

The latest twist on Jon and Kate's ongoing conflicts. On the Today Show this morning Kate Gosselin spoke with Meredith about the recent event, that Jon took out $230,000 of their joint bank account. Kate claims she will be unable to pay bills and provide for her children. TLC has postponed "Kate Plus 8" while the divorce proceedings are in the process. Jon is demanding the show be canceled for good, that it is not good for their children. Whereas Kate tells Meredith that her children were "wailing" this weekend when they found out filming was being postponed; they have developed and love and affection for the crew, and an enjoyment of the places and trips they get to go and take.

Jon went on 'Larry King Live' saying he wants to become friends with Kate and be able to reconcile and his kids off the show, "I don't think it is healthy for them. We are going through a divorce right now and I don't think they should be televised." Ok, so why is Jon prolonging the divorce? Kate rebuts by saying she has tried to reach out to him many many times but has not been able to get into contact. She claims she is looking out for her children's best interests and securing the future of their children. Kate made it her duty to set up secure accounts for her children, enabling them to be set for the future; that way whatever happens between the pair her children will not be financially effected.

As the self-proclaimed "money manager" Kate says she once removed money from the account because Jon had taken a large amount of money out before she removed money from the account. She took $100,000 out in case Jon took the money, she would be able to buy food for her children. However, the arbitrator said she had to put it back, and she did. She is afraid that Jon will take all the money and spend it on frivolous things, leaving Kate unable to pay for the roof over their children's heads.

These allegations could be a final straw that breaks the camels back, things are just going to get uglier and uglier. It is a shame that they have to do it so publicly. They pair is speaking through media outlets in order to communicate with one another. I hope someone is really looking out for the children; making sure they feel safe and loved no matter what happens with their parents.

Jon Has An "Epiphany" on Larry King Live, Today Show Lawyer Video, Reaching A Custody Deal

UPDATED: LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- After four years of "Jon & Kate Plus 8," Jon Gosselin said he's decided it's not healthy for his children to be on a reality show. Jon Gosselin appears on "Larry King Live" Thursday. He said he doesn't want his kids to continue with TV show.

(Just in case there was any doubt about the state of the dissolving union between Jon and Kate Gosselin, Kate made her feelings perfectly clear when she ripped down a sign Jon had hung on the gate to their home.)

Jon Gosselin's threats to have the production of Kate Plus 8 halted will fall on deaf ears, Kate Gosselin's attorney, Mark Momjian, said on the Today Show Friday. (See video below)

"These parties entered into an agreement once the divorce action was filed that allowed each parent -- who had physical custody of the children -- to make the filming decisions when the children were with them,". Momjian also said that when the kids are in Kate's custody, she gets to make the decisions involving the eight children.

The attorney said that Jon is at fault for the couple's lack of communication regarding the latest development. Momjian said the 34-year-old reality TV mom "really does want to engage Jon, it's just that he's not engaging her back. And that's really regrettable in any custody case. "She doesn't know which Jon is going to show up -- he's obviously different people at different times," the attorney said.

Jon & Kate Reach Informal Custody Deal: Radar.com

Just when you thought they couldn't agree on anything, Jon and Kate have reached an informal deal on child custody. But don't even entertain the thought that this will diminish the intensity of their ongoing war because Kate is going on NBC's Today Show on Monday and she will strongly address Jon's recent comments and allegations. A source close to the situation says that Kate is furious over what she calls "the lies" Jon has been telling. And she's determined to expose those lies publicly.

Meanwhile, through all the acrimony lawyers have worked out custody dates for each parent. Nothing is signed and the deal could still blow up but it is a small step of progress in dissolving the marriage.Kate is determined to end the marriage as quickly as possible, despite Jon's public statements that he wants to slow down the divorce and improve communication. "Kate doesn't believe a word of it. She thinks he's doing it all for publicity."

Jon told TLC that the network may no longer film his children. He says the show is detrimental to the well being of his kids. Critics point out that at the end of July, Jon said his kids love filming the show and called a relative's claims that the show was bad for them "ridiculous." Larry King Live played the RadarOnline.com clip and confronted Jon with his own words on the show Thursday night. TLC has suspended taping the show while Jon's lawyers promise/threaten to go to court and shut it down. The network recently announced it was changing the show's name from Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8. Jon is still under contract to the network and some sources say the war between TLC and Jon is about to get much worse!

Jon Gosselin Warning Sign, BREAKING NEWS: TLC Responds To Jon Gosselin, Suspends Filming

It looks like Jon Gosselin is fighting a bitter divorce war on two fronts now. TLC has now responded to Jon's bombshell that he wants to shut down the reality show because he doesn't think it's good for his kids.

The network released this statement Thursday morning:

"We are aware of Jon Gosselin's recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic. Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents.

It doesn't take any reading between the lines to figure out that TLC is going to use their contract with Jon as leverage in this battle. And Jon's lawyer has already staked out the position that the newly renamed Kate Plus 8 does not, in his opinion, have the right to film the children based on Jon's previous consent.

Still, TLC's statements is one of the strongest we can recall of a network bashing its own talent. Calling Jon "self destructive" and "erratic" and characterizing his movements as "unprofessional actions" are certainly fighting words!

Jon Gosselin Put Sign Up For TLC To Stay Away: Radar.com

Some guy -- we don't know who -- posted a large sign on the entrance gate to the home of Jon and Kate Gosselin in Wernersville, PA. Thursday morning warning TLC to back off. The sign reads: "No film crew or production company from TLC is permitted on this property under penelty of trespass."
At the bottom of the sign, it reads: Johnathon Gosselin. (Note - they misspelled "penalty" and "Jonathon") Jon's attorney via his attorney Mark J. Heller, sent the cable network a pair of letters stating all filming and production crews are heretofore banned from his family's home. The letters from Jon's attorney to TLC were dated Tuesday, the same day the network announced it was minimizing his role on the show and changing the name to Kate Plus 8.
