Watch Kate Plus 8 Gosselins, Ghouls & Goblins HERE! Kate Talks Turkey Day & Homeschooling

E!Online.com: Jon and Kate Gosselin used to have a rule never to talk to the media about their children—until now. Kate is finally firing back, days after reports that two of their Plus 8 had been expelled from their private school in Pennsylvania."Two of my children, no, are being tutored at home, with a teacher who is working closely with our kindergarten teachers in school, doing the identical curriculum," Gosselin tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview, claiming the kids weren't really booted from the school. However she did acknowledge that her and Jon's acrimonious divorce has been a factor in the youngsters acting out. "The pressure was getting to them," Kate says. "You have the divorce anger mixed in with that."However, she stresses, "the goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible."For his part, Jon Gosselin has stuck to the former couple's previous agreement and maintained silence on the matter. "Unlike Kate, Jon doesn't comment on family matters, he feels those are private," his rep exclusively tells E! News.

On a cheery pre-Thanksgiving note, Kate reveals that she and her ex have amicably ironed out who gets the children on what holiday. "I will have the first half, he will have the second half, and, we just take it year by year and holiday by holiday," she says.Kate also discusses the status of her TLC show Twist of Kate, which was supposed to debut this fall. The former Dancing With the Stars contestant confirmed it's still in the works despite reports to the contrary. "We're sort of still trying to shape it [into] what it needs to be and what is going to be fun. So no, not canceled," she added. Her latest Kate Plus 8 special premieres on TLC this Sunday.

Will 'Kate Plus 8' be saved by Sarah Palin? (Does it even need saving?) Examiner.com

Who would have ever thought we would see a Sunday-night lineup that includes a former Alaska Governor / Vice-Presidential candidate running around in her home state alongside a single mother with eight children. Not only are both of them classified as entertainment -- they have been two of TLC's highest-rated shows at various point of the past two years. However, one of them may now be leaning heavily on the other. On Sunday night "Kate Plus 8" is airing its Halloween-themed special (albeit a month late) following "Sarah Palin's Alaska." In many ways, the Palins could be a saving grace for the Gosselins, who have been the target of cancellation rumors since her past special barely managed to total over a million viewers.

  1. Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a fun shopping day! Today my family is coming over to help us with lights & setting up my tree. Again, we have a lot to be thankful for this year. The kids are super excited since this has become quite the tradtion getting ready for the Holidays the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Pray the baby does not run around and break more of my ornaments!

Ok so it's thoughts and idea time! Before the new show I want to hear from EVERYONE what they would like to see on this site for the month of December. It gets really slow in Blogland during this time of the year. I should know, I have been blogging myself now for a rediculous 3 years! So tell me what you would like to see on the site this Holiday season! Recipes, thoughts, shows, you name it.

Linda and I will do our best to take into consideration all your suggestions and try to give you as always, the best site EVA! lol xoxox

  2. Well, I never thought I would say this, but I love the recipes... : )

I would also like to chat about show ideas.

We can talk about shopping ideas and Baby Mama could post gifts that the Gosselins have received in the past.

Alternatively, we can talk about humanitarian initiatives we have/do participate in and Baby Mama could post old episodes of the Gosselins volunteering.

  3. I am sorry and don't mean to sound negative, but PLEASE ... Jon doesn't think that family issues should be discussed in front of the media.

since the rumours of the kids being expelled.. Jon was quoted twice. Now in his defence, these quotes may have been rehashed. But we also cannot forget the months of tweeting, interviews, and priviledged photos that Jon condoned.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Why are we talking about Jon again? Kate's the one who just appeared on ET to discuss the kids. I've been away, did I miss something?

    ReplyDelete
  5. Good luck Baby Mama with the ornaments! We always manage to lose a few that "nobody" broke. Or, am I the only person who has the invisible "nobody" who lives at their house?

Shift in schedule here this year. The older kids are flying in at end of next week then going back south. We're celebrating Christmas 3 different weeks. It works for us. On the "real" Christmas we'll only have the youngest kids.

I'm glad the G's were able to work out Thanksgiving. JMO but I still think the paparazzi popping up is far more intrusive than shooting where crew comes and leaves.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Sorry Lori Anne, I should have identified I was referring to the article above. ET asked Jon's rep for a comment and they said, "Unlike Kate, Jon doesn't comment on family matters, he feels those are private,"

    ReplyDelete
  7. Ahhh. Thanks facinated. I've been out of loop (on vacation). Funny how PR teams can spin things.

Linda, I'm surprised the paparazzi can get shots through the trees. Makes me think these are authorized publicity photos.

  8. I rhink it might be neat to do a post on Christmas traditions that we do with the kids since Kate has seen this as soo important. On Thanksgiving we went to a relative's house and the kids, teenagers, were verifying with their parents that they in fact were going to have ham for Christmas dinner, like it would be a major crisis if the menu was changed. With Breeana we used to have to be very clear with her when we did something unusual like get the dog's picture with santa. We had to tell her, this is not a tradition, it's just something we're doing now because it works for us to do it now, but don't expect it every year.
Linda, don't you know that proven child experts Jodie and Kevin Kreider have deemed it damaging to celebrate Christmas on any day other than the 25. It is soo bad for kids that laws need to be changed to ban it. LOL I hope you guys all really enjoy yourselves.

  9. Lori Anne - it's unfortunately from the pictures they've shown of the back side of the yard - from between the trees. Annoying as all get out that these kids can't play in their backyards without cameras with long lenses intruding. How sick to be so desperate for Judas silver that you've got to hang through trees to intrude. Kate's put up the shrubs in bushes in the front and it's time to do it n the back. These are through the same bushes to the same slope that Jon made his "dash" long ago with Kate Major and the fast food delivery.

These same junk photos continued last year during the six months there was no filming. Even Jessica (with Chris) stated five months or so back that they had never paid Kate for any photos. Strange thing though...when somebody asked if they'd paid Jon, that question got deleted. IW had and printed the screen shots of that if you'd like to see them.

    ReplyDelete
  10. tashapork, I know...I guess we are doing irrepairable harm! Kids just reminded me that one year we celebrated something like 5 times because of when family was coming and going. They are pushing for celebrating the "12 Days of Christmas" since we sing about them but even I hope it never gets that far, lol.

Who cares? Celebrate however it works for your family!!!

  11. Linda "not me" lives in my house and breaks things. We should have them meet. LOL

I also almost spit out my drink when I read the Jon PR blurb. Hmm...I must have been reading the wrong OPEN LETTER ON THE INTERNET that stated that the kids have behavior problems. Oh well.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Ok folks... I'm getting no errors (zero) reported in posting now. If anybody is getting those stinking 503 errors, le me know. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  13. CMo3 - Maybe "not me" and "nobody" can have a play date, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I too thought those photos looked pretty close. That just makes me mad that the paps would take such close pictures in their backyard. That just seems wrong. I can't imagine going into my back yard and having it posted all over the net like it was my best friend who just took the photos.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Glad to interview Kate and everything has been clarified. I'm looking forward to the new episode was so funny when Leah and Hannah spoke in commercial something like''Big surprise''at least this word in English I could understand LOL
That photo was the son of Steve? I do not know why not go with the face of that man, not by hearsay, not more like him ...
Too bad the kids can play without no paparazzi around, plus the good of all is that today are not famous since then for them should be a matter of habit ... BM was already eager for a new post thanks:)

  16. For ideas for posts during the holiday season-
if there are any expert "Cricut" users here, I
for one could use some tips. Also, recipes and other craft ideas might be fun. I got some really great recipes in the past.

That statement of Jon not commenting on his family--well the bus to the "high road" passed him by a long time ago.

We (the grandkids and I) just watched the J&K+8 first Pumpkin Patch episode and it was fun to watch and sort of sad at the same time. We are really looking forward to watching the new one tomorrow night.

    ReplyDelete
  17. fascinated~ I really loved all your ideas. Esp. the one about the gifts that the kids have gotten in the past. I can re-post them and they can send me $$ for giving them all this new business. lol

I really have loved all the recipes. Will have to look for more, or maybe we can create a page where everyone contibutes one of their own family favorites for the Holidays!

  18. Great photos of Kate! "Kate was out and working the cold weather in Reading, Pennsylvania, looking absolutely fabulous while rocking a pair of mid-calf boots, grey leggings and a body fitting puff coat. While Kate spent Thanksgiving with her kids, she took some time out for herself to run around the city. While Kate and ex-hubby Jon have called a holiday truce, RadarOnline.com can reveal that Kate has still not met Jon's girlfriend of six months Ellen Ross.

While Ellen actively helps Jon when he spends time with he and Kate's eight kids, the two women have still never actually spoken face to face. After Jon and Kate’s marriage collapsed, Jon enjoyed a string of ill-fated romances with the likes of Hailey Glassman, Kate Major and Morgan Christie."

    ReplyDelete
  19. I heard Ellen tweeted that she was hanging out with her partner's family although she would rather be just with her partner. If this is true, how sad.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Two observations from the article:

    1. The links for people to follow if they want to keep reading about the gosselins after finishing the article on ROL, are three negative articles about Jon. This leads to me to think that fortunately, Jon has not been giving them information so now they are trying to get on Kate’s good side, so that they can get info from her. I also think that it is sad that they always have to portray a bad guy. Oh how they flip flop.

    2. People complain when Kate is photographed without her Kids, accusing her of never being with her kids. Then if the kids are present in the pictures, people complain that she is using the kids to make money. Make up your mind people. Or get used the fact that she isn't going away so stop looking if you don't like it.

    ReplyDelete
  21. radaronline.com this really going after Kate ... more recent photos of her in this link ... do not get it right she should be doing more of a beauty salon, it's good, she is now caring for the eight are with Jon, she need to take care of herself too.

  22. Good evennig everyone! What a crazy day it has been. I threw out my back and was a bit sick. But the new show is on tonight and I am back!

Im happy to her Kate is doing her thing while Jon has the kids. Im wondering if we are going see any of this. Looks like Chris from INF is a busy beaver chasing after Kate this weekend. Whoppee she goes to FedEX. Major news Flash! She goes to tan! lol. Girlfriend can do whatever she wants with her free time. She has earned it!

Would still love to hear somemore suggestions for the site this Holiday Season! Come on 650 followers and no one feels we should change anything? Who is watching Kate Plus 8 tonight while eaxting the leftover turkey? lol

    ReplyDelete
  23. Sniffles have turned into full-blown cold. The rest of you please hold down the fort.

I'll be watching the program and enjoying, right after Alaska which I didn't think I'd like but I do.

I keep hoping viewership for K+8 will settle down to the million to 1.3 million tha were regular viewers before the divorce junk.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'll be watching also and we're having turkey for dinner. :)

    ReplyDelete
  25. When I say viewership settle down, I'm referring to the hatred just going away to find a new target.

For the record, since a debate is brewing elsewhere...

Having a film crew at the G's is having cameras there with them for a predetermined, prearranged finite period of time. They come, they shoot, they go.

Having the paparazzi around is like having a plague of of insects. You never know when they will swarm or jump out -- from behind cars, behind trees, behind buildings with either a closeup flash or the foot-long telephoto lens to grab intrusive shots over a five second period that will be spun with a detailed story drama about what your deepest thoughts and motivations are via an unnamed source hoping to score $$.

I, for one, wondered why the paps would keep making shots of trips to Target, FedEx, Starbucks, the nail and tan salon, etc. Duh! It's because idiot haters will debate and spout off the same drivel in the comments of the rag mags day after day after day. The rags and photo ops places are totally dependent on the haters to come back...and it has to be ramped up to keep it going.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Um...we ate all the leftover turkey so we've moved on to spaghetti (and sides of brussel sprouts.) Best I could do with the cold and sneezes.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Linda, what a coincidence, I was just talking about making spaghetti tomorrow since we have plenty of fresh mushrooms left over, a treat for us. Our turkey is gone also.
Our Direct tv gude still doesn't show Kate Plus Eight tonight, luckily I am home so I can catch it anyway, but I am not sure of when it comes on in our time zone, probably where it says sisterwives at 8. I hope it is right in other homes and doesn't affect viewership.
It says a lot that all ROL has to write and photograph about is Kate running errands. Might they get a clue and see that it is boring.
    This new computer is awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  28. tashapork - Best suggestion I could make would be to check the TLC guide for your area. It comes on here afterPalin's Alaska at 10 pm Eastern.

So glad you are enjoying that new computer! That's awesome for you!

  29. Shopping reminder - Tis the time of year. Don't forget to check the bonus points you've earned on air miles cards, bank cards, and credit cards. We've used them to order iPads, iPods, and restaurant gift cards. After all, you've earned them for paying on time. But, the banks never seem to let us know seasonally, you have to remember the points are there and to use them.

  30. Love watching Kate Plus 8 right now! FYI The one second where Kate asked Collin to look at her was ripped apart at that 15 min troll site... It was totally nothing. A complete waste of breath & time that the haters had days of discussions about.

    Great show. Who is watching?

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'm really enjoying Kate+8! The dog is so much better behaved in that Aaden didn't get bowled over now. They all look like they were enjoying the festivities.

Kate is very right that all kids from divorce have issues to resolve. Kids in higher order multiples' families are competitive for attention...just like kids in smaller families. When there are more kids, it becomes noisier and more noticeable. But, just as there are more kids with whom to argue, there are more kids with whom to share love!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Wow that was a great show. I was happy that WG didnt seem to ruin their time in the maze. That's a lot for a mom to handle without help. I cried when I saw the kids' reaction to their dog. I think Kate camafloged herself soo well during trick or treating and maybe that's where the sleeping in the van rumor came. I am sure looking forward to more specials. Maybe a winter trip

    ReplyDelete
  33. Awesome episode. I felt bad at points for her. She made some comments that kind of hinted that she is all but aware of what people say about her. But it was wonderful to see the kids having fun! The maze was uneventful and her shoes were cute.

Tashapork ITA about the Trick or Treating.

Thanks for the reminder Linda about the reward points!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Lovely show. There were many instances that brought tears to my eyes. Collin is such a great, tenacious little boy. Mady and Cara are so different and so comfortable with each other. There are sooo many dynamics within large families with much jockeying for attention but the most fulfilling dynamic is the unity it brings as shown in Collin helping with his brothers zipper.

Kate seems to be able to multi-task with the best of them and yes she seems tired. I worked full-time and raised one, can't even imagine what Kate goes through one day at a time.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Does anyone else have direct tv? It wasn't on or even listed :(
Maybe the listings were wrong but it wasn't on :(

    ReplyDelete
  36. Sarah Grace - Let's ask tashapork since I believe she has Direct TV.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'll bet that Baby Mama posts the show today. :)

    ReplyDelete
  38. The show was really good. So many of the haters lies were proven wrong. The kids had a fun filled day and made the stalking nosy neighbor’s doom and gloom post look so ridiculous.

There were so many touching moments between Kate and the kids. It is obvious the love they share for each other. You could also see that the kids enjoy filming. Why can’t the haters accept this and leave the family alone!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Loved the show last night!!!! It was great to see the kids so happy!!! One of my favorite episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Gee Whiz - I agree! Good to see you. Hope your Thanksgiving was great.

    -------
JBug - Welcome and thanks for posting!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Wow, who dares to ever, ever call Kate a bad mommy! Loved this show....so many tender moments between Kate and her kids.

I appreciated how this episode showed her giving individual attention to them...the clip with Collin was so heartwarming....and what a good lesson Kate taught us all....praise and reaffirm good behavior in your kids and let them know that whatever state of mind that they are in...they are loved!

And can anyone say Kate is not a hands on mom! My see got involved with everything on this episode...climbing up on the hay stack, carving out the pumpkins, etc.

The surprise of Shoka was so endearing...all the kids were so appreciative...did you see the sheer joy and love in Mady's face toward Kate for doing this?

How can these haters find anything to criticize in this episode? Clearly, Kate loves these kids and they so love their mommy!

I'm disgusted with the comments from these naysayers that the children should be taken away from Kate and given to Jon and the live-in gal!

Clearly these kids would be heart broken to ever be separated from their mother, Kate!

Folks there are some new beautiful still pictures of Kate and the kids up at her blog at TLC. One with Kate and Collin will make you cry!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Thanks LindaO. I always read the site, just don’t always post. You all usually have said what I feel and more eloquently than I could.

Thanksgiving was good, just ate too much as usual. Hope you had a great one as well. Also hope you are over your cold.

Firedup4kate - As usual, great post.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Sarah Grace, On Direct TV, Kate Plus Eight played after Sarah Palin, but the guide said Sisterwives. Kate Plus Eight was what was actually on tv though. I have had that happen before, usually on Discovery Health though.
I have two major issues with this and the fact that it never corrected
    1. I might not have been able to be home and I would have missed it,
    2. other people who like to watch, but don't come to this site or watch a lot of commercials might not have known it was on and they would have missed it especially because it isn't a regular series, negatively affecting ratings
I was home and able to watch it and it was wonderful, I am sure they'll play reruns through the week they usually do.

    ReplyDelete
  44. tashapork....I agree, my guide listed Sister Wives as well. I was irate about that! If you want to get everyone on board again watching Kate Plus 8...you have to have it listed, for goodness sakes!

I think we all need to e-mail TLC about that! I'm also going to tell them how much I enjoyed this episode...they focused more on the interaction of Kate and the kids this time. Reminded me of old episodes of Kate snuggling and hugging her little ones.

What precious memories this show continues to document for Kate and her kids! And I thank Kate Gosselin for sharing these specials moments with us. My two are 15 and 11...they grow so quickly....the Gosselins remind me of how special it is raising kids!

You get one chance at parenthood when you have them so you better concentrate on raising them right!

    ReplyDelete
  45. We also have DIRECTV and I emailed them too. There are a lot of times they have a different show than what's listed. Maybe nobody ever contacts them about it and I surely think TLC would be interested to know this as well.

firedup-You are so right about kids growing up so fast. We only have two and we did as many things with them as we could--they're both married now with their own kids. I can't imagine how Kate must feel with the 6 going on 7 yrs old already. Time sure flies.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Good afternoon everyone! Glad everyone loved the new episdoe. Funny, how we here were all talking about how we hoped everyone would konow the show was on last night. I mean, the DVR was all saying Sisterwives or something like that. Well leave up to the faithful Kate trolls, to come up with another theory! They are saying TLC intentionally didn't put Kate Plus 8 on the line up so that people wouls "accidentally" watch it to raise the ratings!

I can't even begin to address the levels of stupidity on that one. So if the ratings tank, can FANS say it was because no one knew that Kate Plus 8 was on???

    ReplyDelete
  47. Baby Mama do not want a silly question, much less charge anything from you ... but ... I'm veryyyyy anxious for the new episode and I spent all day thinking if it can not then post here, you can send me the link some time ? thank you very much.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Who would chose to watch Sisterwives over Kate Plus Eight? That's a stretch

    ReplyDelete
  49. It is up to each cable provider to update their DVR listings. TV Guide.com has had this episode listed for two weeks therefore clearly TLC put the info out there.

    ReplyDelete
  50. As always, as soon as I can get the show on my site, it will be here! I will do my best :)

And tashapork, yes, sister wives is horrible. It was basically my asking why haters will pull at anything they can to make it look like there is some conspiracy. When in actuality it was probably a simple mistake.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Folks, Debora just call me and asked me to say that this longing; blew a kiss to everyone and said he sees not the time to enter the blog ... although I'm updating it all the facts .. .
I thank BM, I will wait!

  52. This is a hello and goodbye. On Wed my 2 year old grandson was rushed to the ER and placed in ICU - where he is expected to be for at least a month. We drove 6 hours on Thanksgiving day to Chicago. He has streptacocal pneumonia with the complication of HUS (hemalytic uremic syndrome) meaning he is in kidney failure and on dialysis, his blood platelets are so low they cannot do surgery to drain the fluids on the OUTSIDE of his lungs - he has to have a painful procedure done every 4 hours to break that down and drain out his chest tube. He is receiving blood via a pic line in his neck. He has more IV's and tubes in his little body than I have ever seen in anybody. His kidneys may not recover. His current temp is 103 degrees F. This is critical. I will have no time for blogs or anything else. Please pray for my little grandson - we miss him so much and seeing him struggle to breathe and not understanding why he can't be picked up or go home is almost too much to bear. He is now heavily sedated. This is awful.

  53. OMG Sophia. Prayers are being said. I live about 40 minutes outside of Chicago. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

  58. Oh my....be assured of our prayers and hopeful vibes being sent your way Sophia!

Be vigilant in overseeing his care...don't be afraid to ask questions and request additional opinions as to the best possible care for him!

And take it one day at a time...even when things look bleak, little ones can turn it around quickly!

  65. My favorite part was when Kate asked the six if they remembered going to the pumpkin patch when they were two and Leah said yes we have the episode. I laughed sooo hard! :)

    ReplyDelete
  66. Sophia, I am so sorry for everything your little grandson is having to endure. Please know I am praying with everything I have for his full recovery. My older daughter went through a somewhat but not really, similar thing when she was 2 as well, except it didn't involve the kidneys. She had the strep pneumonia but had septicemia (blood poisoning). She was in hospital for two weeks and on IV, but thankfully recovered fully. I am praying the same for your grandson. My thoughts are with you. Please be strong!!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hi everyone, I feel like I have missed a month's worth of reading here. lol It's been busy once again with me getting strep throat, the kids getting sick in succession and running around in general. As a result, I haven't had a chance to watch the show yet. I am looking forward to it. Thanks Baby Mama for posting it.

I'm glad to hear that so far, all the hullabaloo about the gossip surrounding Kate and the kids is just drivel. Everyone will continue to put her down and say she's a shrew to her kids even if she grows angel wings, a halo and floats on air. It is just hater nature to see the worst in her no matter what she does. As far as I'm concerned, all mothers yell at their kids, punish them and discipline them. Why is it so wrong if Kate does it. Is she never supposed to lose her patience and just be fed up? I have half the number of kids she has and I can say there are days I am certifiable after trying to deal with each of them and their attitudes. Try managing 8 on a daily basis even if you have help. I have my mom with me and she helps as much as she can but we both still lose it and feel like tearing our hair out.

Anyway, no use in beating our heads against a brick wall. The haters will continue to think what they want, and we will continue to think what is right.

    Have a nice morning everyone!!

  68. Good morning Gosselin fans! What is this weeks made up hater story of the day? Why Kate Gosselin has no firends. Wait, wasn't this the same story from 4 months ago? Why yes it is. Apparently since no one believed the crappy made up sandwich story, this one seems more reasonable. Am I going to have to make up ANOTHER post about the recent Kate Gosselin BS stories?

Here is a great new exclusive TLC Websode called the "Gosselins & The Goat" enjoy :)

  73. Thanks for episode. Did it end with the corn maze? I didn't see anymore links after that. Twice this week on the Today show they announced Kate will be on Wed. to set the record straight about the kids school situation. They showed little clips from the show.

  74. Natasha~ THANK YOU SO MUCH! I completely forgot this was an hour episode, and I did miss parts 5&6 of this episode. Everything is up now!

See this is why I need you all, to tell me these things when I forget something :)

  75. Whatever source that is close to Kate sure isn't her friends. If these people have something to say like that they need to cough up their names.
The cameras arent even around very often any more and the close source seems to not know that. They like to take things out of context, maybe Steve sleeps in her basement when they need to go to the airport at 4 am or soemthing, or she vents that she's tired occasionally. Nothing new for them to say, nothing interesting.

  76. Goodness I finally got to sit down and watch the episode. So much fun!! I LOVED this one. The thing that stuck out to me was Collin, ohh hes such a sweet kid, made me cry when Kate took a moment with him on the hay pile. All the fuss about Kate sleeping in the van for trick or treating, who could sleep through the fun part? So dumb!! Just shows you you can not believe much that comes out about her. This episode just showed me she really does everything for these kids, and does it very well.

  79. BM, my DVR listing shows Kate listed as well as TVGuide.com.

Kate isn't out of the running yet for BW's list. BW won't announce the #1 until on the show. All BW confirmed it that wasn't someone infamous.

I thought Kate's Take was special. The Sound of Music is such a special movie. Poignant lyrics.

  83. I thought Kate's interview on Today was very nice. I enjoyed seeing her collect the toys outside.

Hopefully this puts the rumors to rest, although I know it won't. She addressed the issues so it'd be nice if the non fans just gave it a rest.

A parent, Kate, has made the decision about filming. A judge has reviewed the situation and ruled in favor of her deciding. It has gone back to court more than once, and has more than once ruled in her favor. Enough already.

  85. I watched the interview. It had such a sad tone to it. I mean, I know it is a serious issue but I wish we(the public) did not even feel the need to know about something so private. I want nothing but success for the kids & if that means one on one time with a tutor than so be it. Their school does sound like it is really advanced and good for them saying it wasn't the right place for the kids at this time.

  86. I loved Kate's interview although she shouldn't have had to give it. People will always pin any problems on their agenda issue. They see the behavior as an issue with filming when it is a divorce related issue. Even if there was no divorce, keeping eight kids with prematurity and Jon and Kate's very strong genes all together on one page just isn't going to happen easily.

  87. I hate that she felt compelled to give this interview because of tabloids, vile rumors, and hateful people. She ignores quite a lot because yes, a child’s privacy is extremely important, but there comes a point when the harsh, abhorrent, and vicious rumors are more harmful to the children and their future than speaking up.

  88. I must have heard a different interview than what Radar online heard, they heard her slamming Jon I heard her working amicably with him about holidays and forgiving him for the sake of the kids. I didn't hear bashing unless you call her saying he didn't personally apologize to her, as bashing, but he's the one who brought up the apologies in the first place.

  89. Good morning/afternoon everyone! It's horrendously horrendous here as Kate would say! Wind & hard rain! I did Dvr The Today Show and can't wait to watch it. And while I agree 100% Kate does not have to explain herself to anyone, I'm so glad she did it. The vicious hatred are out of control, and too many lies ate being spread. It's time to set the record straight, call them out on the BS, and move on. Hopefully they will have a great Holiday. And those that are so jealous by the fame will hopfully see a mom doing the best she can to support her kids!

Waves to the "real" Divas here, ESP he always wonderful "Original Linda" xoxo

  90. Just re-watched the interview. Kate looked beautiful as always...loved her hair pulled back like that.

I thought she handled everything very tactfully...she was honest, forthright and really stressed that she is doing everything she can to care for the kids.

Overall, she stressed that as a group they were all happy and progressing. I think she addressed the fact that two of her 8 were experiencing difficulties and that she and the school felt that this was the best way to handle it!

I respected her honesty and candor regarding Jon's so-called apology! Geez...how tacky to learn that Jon has never privately and personally apologized to Kate! Just goes to show his apology was not heartfelt and was done simply for the public approval he could get from it!

Bless Kate...I feel for her as I know there still must be alot of personal pain in her heart. Horrible for a woman to be cheated on numerous times...and all of it so publicly and Jon still hasn't grown up enough to look her in the face and say "I'm sorry for all the hurt I caused you!"

The new ROL post is clearly Ellen feeding the hatred and immediately dissing Kate. Jon is still such a wimp to let this young gal speak for him and further the divide and animosity that doesn't need to be there.

This one is worse than any of the previous gals...she's clearly got an agenda to hurt Kate.

  92. For those of you who have asked about The Today Show interview. I will add it to the new post I am doing. So be patient and keep posting here until I can get it up.. ;)

  93. I watched the interview today and was happy to see Kate but also sad for her that she had to address the school issue just because there are those who take a private matter and mangle it to suit their incomprehensible hatred and jealousy. She handled it with grace and truth.
I have the feeling she wanted to set the record straight for her peace of mind and that's fine.

  94. OMG Ellen Ross has offically proven that she will do anything for her man. I'm going to put it up in a new post, but an E!Online article is not saying Jon has gotten a job. And is very HAPPY with his new girlfriend. Hey, she can bew his assistant. Works well for her.. lol

  95. I'm confused about what Jon needed to apologise for. Kate wanted out of the marriage. Divorced couples at the end of the ordeal probably have a lot to apologise to each other for, but having said that, shouldn't Kate apologise too? She wanted to keep filming after he said it was no longer good for the family. She went on the road with Steve after Jon told her he was uncomfortable with it. If the marriage could not sustain the two of them being on such different pages then so be it. Not sure why Kate is waiting for an apology.

    ReplyDelete
  96. LoriAnne~ How do we know that Jon said to Kate that he had issues with Steve? It appreared to me that he said that after the fact to gain sympathy. Jon did a lot of horrible things in the press that yes, he needed to address. Kate has publically said that she had issues in the past with Jon that should have been addressed. But I don't IMO feel that she needs to say sorry to him right now. Maybe you should tell me why specifically you feel she needs to as well.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Lol, at Lori Anne.

Gee... let me count the ways. Actually, if you remember the timeline, Jon is the one who told Kate to see an attorney. Subsequently, she decided to end it. Hmmm.... I think that was after the 3rd "friend" (after Deanna, after Stephanie, after Kate2).

Jon told his "lifecoach" that he was going to apologize to Kate. Seems he forgot about actually doing it.

Kate did apologize to Jon, and Jon acknowledged in his big tv appearance on E! when Nancy Grace was on, that Kate did apologize to him.

Jon admitted that he and Hailey made up the rumor about Steve and then he went to JoKe with the same big lie.

I don't think Kate is waiting for an apology at all. I think she's long, long beyond that. The problem is that Jon keeps saying he's apologized, when in fact it's just more Jon spin on reality.

One parent or the other has to make decisions. Kate is doing so. Despite repeated declarations on Jon's part, the courts have failed to back Jon's position repeatedly. So, when do you think he might realize that he doesn't get to decide at present? After the 5th time in court, the 25th, or when the contributions from his followers finally give out. Both parties presented their position. The judge ruled for Kate. So be it. If the judge had ruled (any one of those times) for Jon, I'd be saying, Kate you need to get on with life.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Interesting. While I thought Hailey was immature, I have a great deal of respect for her mother. Even Hailey's mother commented before Thanksgiving that this year was so much more peaceful since she had Jon out of their lives. That it was very difficult to deal with somebody who could look you in the eyes and lie right to you.
