'Kate Plus 8' Recap: Kate Gosselin Finally Snaps?
I know what you're expecting to read after last night's episode of Kate Plus 8. You're expecting me to go on a Kate Gosselin lost it rant, complete with references to every temper tantrum, snide remark, and seemingly diva-esque display from the family's disastrous cross-country RV trip. And I'll admit Kate was not exactly bursting with benevolence on this particular vacation ... okay fine, she was in a pretty bad mood.
But I think I know why Kate was being particularly prickly. In fact, I know I know why. It's no big mystery ... Kate tells us herself, more than once.
The woman was tired! She was freakin' exhausted. That's why she kept mentioning, almost as an apology-in-advance, that she was only getting three to four hours of shut-eye per night and really, really wanted to just go to sleep.
I'm not saying that tired moms get carte blanche to indulge in whatever bad behavior they want (wouldn't that be awesome?!?!), but there's no denying the kind of havoc chronic sleep-deprivation can wreak on a mother's mental state.
Add to that drawback the inherent difficulty of traveling with kids -- multiplied by eight -- plus Kate's unwavering tendency towards perfectionism, and of course, you're gonna get some unhappy campers.
Then there was the tension between Mady and the son of Kate's best friend, Jamie. There's nothing like a my kid vs. your kid throw-down to cause a rift between two moms, and that's under the best of circumstances. I actually think Kate did the right thing by "running away," i.e., taking off to buy groceries. At least she removed herself from the situation before things got even worse.
Was Kate at her best on the RV trip? No. But god forbid somebody stuck an overtired me in an RV with eight kids and turned on the cameras. Would it be any different for you? ~Cafe Mom
Kate Gosselin Heading to 'The Talk' After Cancellation: Zimbio.com
Kate Gosselin's world has been turned upside down, since news broke that her TLC reality show Kate Plus 8 had been canceled. But now the reality star is heading back to television as one of the handful of gabby ladies on the aptly named CBS show The Talk.
The Talk, which boasts a View-like ladies-only roundtable discussion, has reached out to Kate, offering her a temporary stint on the show alongside the likes of Sharon Osbourne and Sara Gilbert. Kate should be a perfect fit for the show, which proudly traffics in gossip and encourages a fair bit of on-air arguing. As anyone who has seen Sarah Palin's Alaska can remember (see video below), Kate isn't one to idly sit by when something bugs her. This is the second big personality heading to The Talk. The show recently signed Kris Jenner to cover for Osbourne while she leaves the show on vacation.

Well if Kate moves to The Talk, I may actually begin watching it. I enjoyed the last episode that Kate was on.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that exhaustion was one of the reasons Kate was as frustrated as she was. That and being couped up with a bunch of kids in an RV for days on end. The latter is enough to make me go over the edge. : )
ReplyDeleteI agree with fascinated, if Kate is on The Talk, I'll watch the show.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recommendations, Linda, and I don't know why/how IE is still working for me.
Some good news! Fired Up is doing better so before long she will be back and ready to make us laugh and enjoy her wonderful positive spirit. Yea!
ReplyDeleteI hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend but please stay safe. (hugs)
Lexxi--Thanks a million for the good news about Fired Up! We sure miss her lively discussions!!
ReplyDeleteGive it up you trolls. Why do you think every holiday you can sneak in here and post your comments? Do you not realize by now this is a FAN site. Go back to your caves! Have a nice day but please don't come back.
ReplyDeleteVery nice post, Baby Mama. (The troll comment is in the spam filter, by the way.)
ReplyDeleteIt's a gloriously sunny day here which we intend to enjoy before the deluges of rain from the latest tropical storm Lee descend by the end of the weekend.
Oh, and for the record ... isn't it obnoxious how trolls always want to point the finger at us ... and yet they are the folks who just can't stop hating and ranting on Kate. GET A LIFE. GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don't pass go, and don't come back.
Oops ... forgot the important thing I wanted to say. Lexxi - thank you so much for the great news about FiredUp! Please let her know we miss her bunches and just want her to get well!!!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, yes Milo is getting better and was able to walk for the first time so she is on her way to recovery. I will definitely pass the message on to her for all of you.
ReplyDeleteI laughed when I saw the time stamp on my comment. Just so you know we are three hours back from your time shown here so I wasn't up all night, late yes but not that late. LOL
Linda when I posted I didn't see a comment by a troll so whoever it was must of posted it after I was here. I have great luck. I always seem to miss those comments and I only hear about them. I for one don't care for negative comments so I feel that am truly blessed when I miss them. Life is so much better if you don't deal with the dark side of life. Happy Labor Day!
Happy Labor Day weekend everyone! So happy to hear the great news about Milo/FiredUp! Miss her and her witty humor. Thanks for the updates!
ReplyDeleteDid I miss some trolls? Thank you Linda for using the bug spray! Whats everyone doing this weekend?
Thanks, Linda, for the bug spray!!!
ReplyDeleteLexxi, so glad to hear FriedUp is doing better! I will continue to keep her in my prayers for a full & speedy recovery.
Bug spray, my specialty, lol.
ReplyDeleteActually the credit goes to the fantastic fan who sent me a text message and an email. I was out shopping. Others know, just as well as I, that holidays bring out vermin.
Just got back from a delicious, special dinner, so thank you family!

BM, e-mail from me.
ReplyDeleteZiggy I'm going to check your email on the road and respond tonight. Busy day on the road!
ReplyDeleteAnd since I was checking posts from my phone I had no idea that the videos weren't there! Yipes so sorry about that. I know that last few I did were removed since the persons account was removed but I will again be putting up more from a different account and hopefully these will stay. I will be doing that later tonight & keep you posted!
And people have been asking what was going on with Twitter and these fans trying to get a fundraiser together for Kate to attend as a guest. All I know is, is that if anyone needs me I will always try to be there. Hope it actually comes to fruition! :)
Great holiday weekend here.
ReplyDeleteIs everybody looking forward to tomorrow night?
I am estatic to hear that FiredUP is feeling better. She's a very special person. I hope she knows that Kate answered her question on the Q&A episode.
ReplyDeleteWe've had company all week that left today so I can finally try to redo the long comment I had about last week's show that blogger lost.
I found the show painful to watch because I have a hard time seeing people I care about so unhappy. I agree with others that you really couldn't see and enjoy the sites because TLC made the footage all about the drama. I think TLC production could even have been egging the drama on. I have heard that they used to do that with the Roloffs. I really don't think otherwise that Ashley and Jamie would have been talking about Kate in front of the camera like that otherwise. I don't want to say it was scripted, but I wonder if they were told to play it up. Hormones and tight quarters made that drama emphasis really stick.
If I was going to take a trip like this I would say this episode taught me the following lessons.
1. For inexperienced and young RVers' start with a much shorter trip like maybe 4 or 5 days. Use the experience to iron out the kinks and decide if a longer trip sounds appealing.
2. Plan the trip out to really see what stops are available, mixing the appeal. A sight seeing stop, then maybe a horseback riding experience, then some sort of tour. Maybe break it up with a day at a hotel pool on a long trip. The Duggar's crosscountry trip in their first special really did this and I see a lot of it as being TLC"S responsibility.
3. Spend time teaching kids (and adults about the sites before they stop so they have meaning to them. A story or video about Mount Rushmore or OLd Faithful the evening before or asking the older kids to look up things to share with younger ones would have helped a lot.
4. Avoid some of the kids/adults getting on each other's nerves and the pitting for instance Kate against Jamie/Ashley by changing bus ridership frequently. Different groups of kids ride with each other as well as different combinations of adults. Kate for instance could see how hard it is to have older ones ready, others could see how she does it.
5 I really think all adults needed to be on board with all of the planning and organizing as well as on the same page with security issues in advance. If they had issues with Kate's feelings on things, they could have already been hashed out. Also it doesn't seem so much as one person pit against the other. (TLC could have done this)
6. I also think that in time the kids will forget all of the negativity and only remember the fun times. Family vacations are like that. I also feel as others that if this is really what TLC wants for the show, it is time to end it and let Kate do something else. TLC has evolved into a very different beast. I think events such as the Gosselin divorce and change in personell have affected it. I am relieved that TLC's recent freak slant hasn't changed the Gosselin Family and, while I really wish they could do more of a happy good bye show. I ame excited for their new opportunities .
Blogger would have lost my long winded comment again thankfully I copied and pasted which unfortunately I rarely remember to do.
ReplyDeleteHip Hip Hooray Fire Up is back. She apparently has to be taken to a computer where she is at but she has already tweeted Kate and sounds just like the old Fired Up all rip roaring ready to go. I'm betting you will hear from her very soon.
ReplyDeleteYay, praise the lord that FiredUP is feeling better slowly but surely.
ReplyDeleteI also forgot to add that I have been involved in those one parent's kid against another situations and they can get nasty. One mom sees one thing, another sees another, other stuff isn't seeen by either one and one or often both of the kids catch on to this as a way to get attention and take advantage of it for all it's worth. Its a no win situation.
Hello everyone! I'm so excited that FiredUp is feeling better! Can't wait for her to visit here and tell us what's been going on. I miss her!
ReplyDeleteKate was saying on Twitter just what I suspected about her paparazzi Chis stalking her for money. She doesn't call him nor does she make a dime out of it. If I was her I would intentionally go through the bushes and see if his behind crashes into a tree
Hi all!
ReplyDeleteI've posted here a couple of times. I just want to say that I think the Gosselin Family is leaving TLC not a moment too soon.
TLC is not the channel it used to be, with good family programming. I think they deliberately were trying to make this trip awful for Kate and show everybody, including the kids, at their worst.
They seem to think that everybody wants drama now, not just a nice show about a mom and her kids having fun adventures.
I believe Kate will be fine wherever she ends up, and TLC is just going in the wrong direction.
Hi wheatonheart - welcome back!
ReplyDeleteI agree. TLC is not the channel it used to be.
----
tashapork - those were excellent points you made!
I am kinda looking forward to tonight's episode. hopefully the editing is better.
ReplyDeleteyay for FiredUp! i am so glad she is feeling better,
have a great Labor Day every one.
Yeah, I am so glad to hear that FiredUp is doing better. I can't wait for her to start commenting again. I miss her great attitude.
ReplyDeleteI think I understand why the flies come around to Baby Mama’s site during the holidays. The flies get so tired of the stinky smelling sites they encounter and want to spend a bit of time at this purely delicious, sweet, honey smelling site.
ReplyDeleteGreat posts ladies and thank you Linda for the fast acting fly swatter.
I would love to answer that pesky fly but honestly it's just not worth my time. I'll leave the flyswatter for BabyMama or Linda to take care of.
ReplyDeleteYes Fired Up is in rehab and she said she will be home in 3 to 4 days. Sounds as if she has had a rough time but it sure hasn't broke her spirit and you can tell by her witty comments to Kate last night.
Tashapork you made some very good points and I agree with all of them. Also agree 100% with what you said Wheatonheart. The network is quickly changing it's direction away from being a family channel and turning it into a freak show. The change in administration is taking the network in a completely different direction and some of the shows might be better on the SciFi channel. The Biography channel is also taking a change in it's programming towards the oddities in life. The only channels I'm enjoying now are the WE channel and Lifetime as those networks are going to what TLC was in the past with family style programming.
Sorry I was a little slow on that one; was at dinner. Swat!
ReplyDeleteHoly, just about done watching the episode. I would have lost my mind. I cannot believe they had soooo many RV issues. I am having flashbacks of a similar trip we had to California with vehicle troubles the WhhhhOOOLLLEE time. It was a nightmare. We saw a lot of great stuff, but the stress level was beyond the limit.
ReplyDeleteTonight I was in the middle of telling off some trolls on Twitter and I lost Internet access! So now I'm back and once again swatting off flies. I'm happy to get onto my own site and breathe clean air. It's a great feeling
ReplyDeleteHere, were in this positive happy cocoon. Then you get off the island and try to fight off all the nasty bugs like I'm the Terminex man and it's a lost cause. Whenever I feel sad a outbwhst I see on this show I think about how it would be if people filmed me. If I felt strongly about something and it wasn't being respected or I felt like people that were close to me were ganging against me how I would freak out. And then I see the reason why this episode fell apart.
I forgot to say that I'm disappointed and sad that this is the way that the show is ending. Granted we have this final wrap-up episode, but how can TLC not try to at least say at the end that they made up and everything is fine? Why leave it with this horrible downer where the kids are crying which made me start balling! Cause as a mom of children this age there is nothing worse to see the kids upset about seeing Ashley leave who they love.
ReplyDeleteIn an episode this intense it's an insult to Kate and the show that they would leave it on such a negative note. I don't know if it's for ratings, and I know there is one episode left where they wrap it up so to speak. But how can this show even try to leave on any sort of high note when its become a total shall I even dare say DEBBIE DOWNER!! haha ugh well you get what I mean...
I do not like the way TLC let Ashley for starters get run under the bus. People forget that Ashley is college aged. My neices and nephews in that ager range struggle watching two kids, much less dealing with that kind of a high stress situation and a film crew. It really looked like TLC was setting things up for someone to leave and it bothers me that they had to show the kids like that saying goodbye or that crew was discussing adult matters like that with kids at the table.Completely unprofessional and not anything like what their shows have been like in the past. The fact that no one tried to tell her to calm down or try to hold out a little while longer, etc shows something.
ReplyDeleteI empathize with Kate's problems as being the organizer because that's typically my role. I see things that others don't. It can get almost OCD like, just as she said "I still love the organizational part of it" That helps her cope in times of stress, loss of control adds to the stress. I remember from the very first episode Kate saying that her husband reminded her that at times that could be a problem. Other people really do not get your system. They don't even see it as important. I understand her worry about enough food, whereas another person might just say, lets stop for burgers or soemthing, no biggie.
Babymama, Kate said that she didn't even know that Ashley was leaving, another reason I think totally set up by crew. I really think the old TLC wouldn't have shown that scene with the kids. It should have been more private.
ReplyDeleteI'm mad at TLC I guess, just had to rant ;)
ReplyDeleteWow.
ReplyDeleteThat was certainly somethin'.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why Ashley said, "I love you and don't let anyone tell you different"?
ReplyDeleteEven Jamie is paid to be there?
ReplyDeleteI suspect Ashley "put up with it" this long because she didn't have production crew antagonizing the situation. They clearly told her the negative things Kate said because Ashley said, well if that is what she (Kate) is saying about me, then I want to leave.
ReplyDeleteI was very disappointed. I do agree that it is a reality show and that they should show the stress getting to everyone, but Kate kept saying that she loved Ashley and Jamie and that they weren't acting like themselves. What would Ashley and Jamie done if the crew said, you don't seem like yourselves, what should we do to make this experience better.
When you have someone telling you that people are talking behind your backs or that someone doesn't like what you are doing, you begin to go into a negative place.
I am profoundly sad that the children's grief was shown on TV so casually. There is no excuse for that. Isn't Kate a producer on the show?
ReplyDeleteJust my opinion: if you love the kids and support Kate, you should support Kate getting therapy. She needs it for herself and for her children. How healthy can her children be if this is what they live? It made me so sad to see this tonight.
ReplyDeleteCherier~ I want to adress some of your posts, but I did kind of a dress this before. When Ashley said " don't let anyone tell you different, I think your looking into the comment to much. For me as a fan of the show, it was an emotional statement that I don't feel has anything to do with her fight with Kate.
ReplyDeleteThe child tends grief wad not shown casually. It was sad but not shown to be taken that Kate was some sort of monster to letbit be shown. I see this all the time, I see my kids school every day with kids crying about something. I think that people that already have a hate towards Kate will eat this alive. I think of it as something that was bound to happen at some point and it needs to be taken as a fight that was filmed and is not meant to be a life altering incident for the kids that will scar them for life. They have already made up and moved on. Shit happens.
I dont think Kate needs therapy. She is her own person and certainly knows best for her family. But if she chooses it then good for her. Therapy is not always the answer in every situation. Her personality is what it is. Like it or hate it. Just my thoughts though.
Ohh and heck yeah Jamie is paid! Why the heck not! For a trip like that it's certainly nice for Kate to pay her instead of having Jamie come and help and NOT be paid. Heck either way, if Kate didn't pay her people would attack Kate for not (with ALL HER money) not throw Jamie a few c-notes ;)
ReplyDeleteNo, Kate's not a producer on the show. She has stated she has set in on production meetings and allowed to give her input and felt she's learned enough that she could be a producer of a show with her family. But she's never claimed she is a producer & in fact said quite clearly she wasn't.
ReplyDeleteThank for being so gracious, BM.
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear about Firedup! Thanks for the updates!
ReplyDeleteFiredUp - !!! We miss you so much! Please get well soon!!!!
ReplyDelete14 days of filming reduced to 44 minutes of broadcast time.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that every time the kids seemed to be having fun (in the creek, mudfight, after rafting, playing games, legos, etc.) we saw less than a minute (usually less than 30 seconds!). Look at the clothing shifts, etc. and the editing seems really, really strange. Kate has on one outfit, then another, then back to the first, then to a third, then back to the first again. WTH???
I've always thought Ashley was a nice kid (kid being the operative word) and that Jaimie seemed nice also.
I really felt there was a lot of bating this time by the camera/production crew. I didn't care much at all for the words coming out of Ashley's mouth in front of the kids. Several of the times when she's mentioning the BS you can see the kids' heads swivel towards her almost in shock. I'm hoping this is just more bad editing.
I have no intentions of throwing Ashley or Jaimie under the bus. It did seem like both of them had chips on their shoulders this time, but again this may just be more very bad editing.
Yes, Ashley gets paid. Yes, Jaimie gets paid. Yes, it was hot, tiring, and stuck on the side of the road repeatedly.
I'm going to get people jumping on me for what I'm about to say, but feel the need to say it anyway! Kate was the employer. Friends or not, the employer calls the shots, not the employee. If the employer says, "We're having chicken tonight," uh, that's what it is. Not, "I don't want chicken and I'm going to have pizza!" Especially, you don't, as employees, get to encourage the kids to say, "We don't want chicken either, we want pizza if Ashley's getting pizza."
continued ---
continued ---
ReplyDeleteIf Ashley felt that strongly, she should indeed have gone home. That long, drawn out goodbye was inappropriate. Interesting that the screen crawl titles said, "An employee told Kate privately that she was leaving." Uh, duh??? Ashely expressed that three times in front of the kids that she was leaving so I don't see how private that was.
We had a nanny with us on location this summer. She was hired because of her experience, even though she is still young (a law school student.) She's worked for us for two years and things have gone well.
ReplyDeleteThis summer though, was different. We had to leave at 5:30 am for the shoot. We left the nanny to be up with the kids, take care of breakfast for them (ordering in) and then preparing and serving lunch, and being with them until we returned home.
However, on day 4 we found out that she chose to sleep each day until noon and our kids were in essence on their own until then. We'd get home about 5:00 pm, take over, and she'd go out with friends until midnight or so. I was not a happy employer at all when I discovered what had been happening.
We're pretty strict about junk food, etc. but more liberal away from home. Returning home and finding chip wrappers and crunchy things on the floor was just yucky. It meant we had to clean, do laundry/towels, prepare meals.
If I had to predict, based on her previous actions of being an exemplary employee, I would have assumed she would always be. That was not the case and we had no choice but to send her home in the middle of things then alternate with one parent staying at the condo while the other parent handled the shoot.
While we will remain "friends" with her, I'd never hire her to stay with the kids again. She calls it a large lapse in judgment and that she just got in "vacation mode." Maybe. But we were paying her to work, not vacation. We all grow and learn from mistakes, but her future ones will have to be elsewhere. She still comes to visit our kids but I'd never hire her again.
----
For Kate, Ashley, and Jaimie, they have already made up and moved on. The show is ending and things are moving in a different direction.
I still will wonder how skewed what we saw was when it was 44 minutes of 14 days. I can have one child in a snit for that long in a single day -- much less 14 days.
Now if Jaimie chooses to feed her own kids pizza every single day, that is Jaimie's business. If Kate chooses to never feed pizza to her own kids, that is Kate's business, not Jaimie's.
Linda, - totaly agree! "Kate was the employer.
ReplyDeleteRewatched it again and there were several times Ashely & Jamie turned to the kids asking for their confirmation for 'their side of things'
That is not right nor fair to the kids to do.
I'm trying to not throw Ashely or Jamie under the bus either, and trying to keep in mind the editing, but there's cerain aspects which can't be blamed on editing and that words which came out of Ashley's and Jamie's mouth in front of the kids and baiting the kids to their side against their mother.
In rewatching, I also noticed Jamie taunting 'the party boat' 'you guys are the boring boat' over and over. OK, Jamie we GET IT
ReplyDeleteyou're cool & laid back & Kate's an uptight bitch. I also noticed Jamie laughing about the kids being seat belted in the boat and in the RV. Really? Those are Kate's kids, not Jamie's. She was there to help Kate and that includes following the way Kate raises her kids.
All I can say is that Kate was far more tolerate of Jamie & Ashley's behavior than I would be. I would have sent both of them packing the first week!!! I was a tiger when it came to my kids! My friends will tell you that I'm more extreme than Kate is regarding food handling!
ReplyDeleteI agree Ziggy, Linda, Freespirit, BM, Lexxi, Tashapork, etc. I was a lot like Kate. I say was because I realized that I would become very stressed when things didn't go as planned. I definitely saw myself in Kate when she just wanted everyone to jump up and make the chicken. If everyone worked together, it would have been done, no complaining.
ReplyDeleteHowever, everyone else was stressed and less anal about what they eat so it became an issue. I empathized with Kate when everyone was saying, come on, it's just pizza. However, Kate was saying, just help me here. I also thought that Jamie and Kate should have had a system where they could talk to each other in private to calm each other down when it was getting out of hand.
I completely understand that just giving up and going with the easy food is the easy way out and I wouldn't have wanted to do that either.
I say I used to be like that, because I realized that everyone has a part to play in my kids lives and my controlling every minute and everything they ate was not going to make a better experience for them. I had to relax a lot. In relaxing a little, I also noticed that I actually felt more relaxed. LOL.
It is hard when you are worried about money, food, their mental health and you have eight to look after. It is not easy and when people start ganging up on you, it makes you feel like you need to plan and organize even more.
Ziggy - I agree with Kate on the seat belts. We have a different (from traditional) style buses at kids' school because I really don't think the ones without seatbelts are safe.
ReplyDeleteWe use personal flotation devices on boats and the little kids also wear seatbelts. Yes, we do let them ski (one at a time) but the rest are belted in until their turn. I've hit big wakes where kids, fishing rods, buckets, bottles, and cans go flying. It doesn't bother me at all if others think I'm over-protective. They are my kids; it is my call.
I wouldn't have been thrilled at throwing out $100 worth of chicken either. :(
As an Executive Assistant in my other life "before retirement" I worked for many Type A personalities! One of the first things I learned was that you work to establish a repore with them and you never confront or belittle them in front of others. Once they understand that you have their back, you accommplish so much more by talking with them in private. Because of those lessons, learned the hard way I might add, I always had outstanding annual reviews. Are they fun to work with, most of the time yes but it can be extremely tiring. Looking back I can say it was so worth it. I am still friends with all my Type A bosses! Maybe its time we stop saying that Kate needs to step outside her comfort zone & start looking at how we can step outside ours & imagine what it would be like if we were more like the Type A's. Life isn't easy for anyone, we all have something to give/share with others...just have to be willing to go that extra step!
ReplyDeleteI wonder though if Kate was the employer or TLC. The only reason I say this is because it really seeemed by pointed questions, film crew was leaning the conversation, etc, film crew sent Ashley home, and it was about putting on a drama show.
ReplyDeleteLinda, I agree that paid help sometimes has difficulty distinguishing their vacation from work. Its also different when the help gets a chance to go home at night or after the long week end etc. I think this was a blurry line issue here, especially since Jamie's kids were along. A lot of lessons could be drawn from the experience. Sometimes I wish I had the DVDs so I could go back and check out old footage of Carla/Ashley babysitting, etc.
Regardless of who paid them for their position to help Kate, provided the trip for them. Even if TLC paid them, they were paid to be on the trip to be helpers for Kate. TLC may have given a food allowance. Or Kate paid for the food out of her pocket.
ReplyDeleteType A personalites are the one's who hold the world together and get things done. They are usually the one's who have the most responsibility, as well. They are also the one's who take the most grief.
**correction TLC provided the trip for them.
ReplyDeleteZiggyFlo, I agree about the Type A being the one's who hold the world together & get things done...etc! Thank goodness for them! That is why I enjoyed working with them! You get to be a part of all of it including the grief. The advantages far outway the grief!!! When you want something done & done right, seek out the Type A personality!
ReplyDeleteI like Kate's attitude...when someone is trying to bring her down, she just works harder to be her best! I think we saw that last night.
If TLC paid Jamie & Ashley, then I would be questioning if these are people I would want as friends and/or babysitters going forward! If you are willing to turn on your friend for a few bucks, what does that say about you!
ReplyDeletethe TLC website has some clips of actual fun things that happened on the trip, too bad they couldn't have been in the show
ReplyDeleteNEW POST! Scent of the day is that roasted chicken burning in that fire pit..yum! corn anyone? ;)
ReplyDelete
