Jon Gosselin is in Paris with his new young girlfriend Hailey Glassman, who is fresh out of college and has been secretly seeing Jon, as first reported by RadarOnline.com.

Just weeks after announcing his split with wife Kate on Jon & Kate Plus 8, Jon is flaunting his new relationship. But not only is now openly dating, he’s also trying to get Hailey a business deal, sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Jon is meeting with Christian Audigier, one of the bigwigs of the Ed Hardy clothing line. And Hailey is there for more than just fun – we’ve learned she wants to launch her own line of shoes and sandals so Jon promised her a meeting with the Ed Hardy people!

Ah, love is grand, and so lucrative!

Hailey is the daughter of Kate Gosselin’s doctor Lawrence Glassman, who performed Kate’s tummy tuck.

Hailey was busted by cops for possession of marijuana, hashish and hashish oil in 2005 and a male friend described her as “one of the most wild women I’ve ever met.”

On May 24 Jon and Hailey were caught slipping into the Bourbon Street bar in Nyack and were caught on surveillance tapes obtained by Radaronline enjoying drinks. As they left Jon was spooked by a photographer out front and fled through the back alley, cell phone in hand. By then, Hailey told pals, she and Jon had been secretly dating “for several months.”

Will "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin attend Maria Shriver's annual women's conference, alongside Cindy McCain, Elizabeth Edwards and Katie Couric?

The Associated Press reports that Shriver sent an invitation to the reality TV star five months ago at the suggestion of her teenage daughters who watch the hit TLC show.

"I think [Kate's] life has certainly changed dramatically, but so be it," Shriver told The Associated Press. "I think that's the beauty of this conference -- to have Madeleine Albright and Kate Gosselin at the same place."

California's first lady will host her annual conference in Long Beach this October, says the AP.

Known for her roles in numerous TV shows, most recently Samantha Who?, Christina Applegate can match the fevered intensity of Kate, and as a naturally expressive person may be able to bring some much needed levity to the potentially depressing situation.

The Art House Depiction: Katherine Heigl and Sung Kang could provide a bit classier, darker and edgier take on the totally American couple. Kang is best known for his work in The Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, and the luminous Heigl is known for her work in Grey's Anatomy. Not perhaps the best pedigree on paper for a serious film, but the potential is certainly there.

The Real Contenders: Now what people are likely most interested in is not the hilarious blunders or the overly dramatic screaming matches, but instead a more lifelike approach that contains some answers. What is it like to grow up with a camera crew? What does it mean as a person, to have eight children? Tammy Lynn Michaels was made for this role. She has the look down perfectly, as well as a proven ability to play somewhat neurotic in shows such as Popular and The L Word, on which she had a brief stint. Likewise, Ken Jeong has proved his comedic worth in recent films such as Role Models and The Hangover, and while he may not be actively seeking a foray into the world of serious films, nonetheless he is our ideal pick for Jon Gosselin.

As I look through coverage of Jon and Kate in the media, I don't see many people happy about the Gosselins heading toward divorce. They're wondering why the Gosselins don't seek counseling. They're worried about what this will do to the eight Gosselin children. It's a cultural conversation: Yesterday a co-worker was driving to work and heard a long discussion on the radio about what Jon and Kate could to do save their marriage.

"This episode was the hardest, ever, for me to watch," one Entertainment Weekly reader lamented. "After the show was over, I broke down and cried. It was extremely hard (beyond words to describe) to even hear Jon and Kate say they are splitting up. When you grow attached to a family, it is very hard to watch it all fall apart. Jon and Kate Gosselin may have announced their independence from each other and the media recently, but that didn't stop the reality-TV duo from having Fourth of July fireworks fun with their eight tykes.

The Gosselin brood brought out their sparklers Saturday evening—with one of the sextuplets donning a holiday-appropriate American flag shirt and shorts to celebrate. As the kids played, Jon spent an hour lighting fireworks in front of the ex-couple's home.

Jon was even spotted laughing with Kate at one point. An eyewitness tells E! News, "It's the first time I've seen Jon genuinely smile in a long time."

However, fans shouldn't get to excited for a reconciliation just yet. Says the source, the holiday's events were "obviously for the kids."

Although divorce papers have been filed, Jon and Kate Gosselin have made good on their pledge to focus on their children, reuniting for a July 4 picnic with their eight kids.

At their home in Wernersville, Pa., the family played volleyball and picked blueberries for a cake that Kate was baking, while Jon was seen lighting up a sparkler. The event had been planned, as the stars of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 agreed weeks ago to set aside their differences for the holiday.

"Jon pointed to the July 4 holiday and said, 'What are we going to do about that?'" Kate told PEOPLE in a recent cover story. "I absolutely cannot imagine not spending every single holiday with my kids. I don't care what it takes. I will be there."

News that Jon and Kate Gosselin are busting up may hurt its odds, but the vast majority of ballots are already in accountants' hands considering voting ends this Friday.
