Well I'm finally doing it. After so many fan complaints that the URL to the fan site was negative I got a band new URL Http://gosselinfamilyfansite.blogspot.com.I will no longer give any sort of props to that trolls site. This will hopefully be the Ultimate Jon & Kate Plus 8 Fan Site....hope you will like it! The old site will always be mine as I own the address. However comments there will be disabled. You will still be able to read my over 200 posts. I hope that this site will eventually be the one that you all want to follow!
I'm so excited and hope to debut this site for Season 5 in May! BIGGER and Better! YAY on the night of the season 4 finale no less! Yipes will I have the time? We shall see! xoxoxox

The only suggestion I would have for the new site is not to focus or talk about those haters at all. Let's make this a positive place to come together for this family and not give even an ounce of our thoughts to all those negative nancy's out there!

ReplyDeletekelcoppens.....I read that, but I don't get that they are separated.....I kind of take away that he was maybe acting immature and talking about "her". Maybe I just don't want to believe it. If these 2 people that are so into Church and into their kids can't do it...gee. I am so upset! This is a family that I have watched from the beginning with my daughters. We just met Kate and thought she was wonderful. I found a video on YouTube...Jon and Kate, How They Met...they have changed so much since they met...TOTALLY different people. Her brother Kevin and Aunt Jodi have a video on Radar Online...it is a tell all...so disguisting that a family member would do that. Such a sad time. I can only hope it's for ratings...but then I will be disguisted.
ReplyDeleteI had looked at the show from time to time and thought the whole family was adorable, but I wasn't that interested UNTIL....all the ugly GOSSIP and speculation occured and converged on the poor family. My heart went out to them and I hope they look in here from time to time to see that many people understand slander and conjecture and don't swollow stories because some rag puts it out. I am talking to US magazine in particular, who lost a fan in me.

ReplyDeleteI'm watching TLC's marathon of J&K+8, and it makes me sad for them. I'm really rooting for them to get their marriage back on track and show the world that they can get through anything together. It's disgusting to see how much joy haters take in taking this family down and watching them decend into the muck of the tabloids. The amount of hate directed at this family is disturbing.I'm excited for the new season and I'm thrilled you have a new troll free site, Baby Momma.

The fact is, marriage can survive rough waters.
Although the following statements were made to people who were persecuted for their religious beliefs, I think they are very helpful for you in this situation.

I know so many people who are praying for this family, myself included. My grandchildren are from a broken home and the consequences are mostly at their cost. They are working through their own issues but it is difficult. For a marriage to truly be healthy it requires work and it is so hard to do that when you are pulled in so many directions by life. I love to watch the show but more importantly my grandchildren love it and I hate for them to see this family break up.
ReplyDeleteY'all hang in ther and dont let the media make your decisions - go to counseling and get beyond this - you re took your vows and can continue - even if all the rumors are true dont let false pride cause the decisions that will effect you for the rest of your lives dictate your decisions...both of you seem to be very good parents the exposure is getting to both of you - We noticed it in Jon awhile back.....take a vacation the TWO OF YOU decide what each of you wants - go somewhere where NO ONE KNOWS YOU - and chill for a week - someone can watch the children....good luck - Kate a good old movie to watch is "THE WOMEN" Good Luck

Okay, that sounds sappy but having been there and done that, I really feel their pain! Aww... I am praying for reconciliation and not "just friends living in the same house for the sake of the kids" but that is more than what most parents would do...
