Far from the craziness surrounding her ex-husband, Kate Gosselin welcomed her close friend and bodyguard Steve Neild, his wife Gina and their teenage son to a post Christmas Celebration. Thanks to her divorce agreement, Kate and her eight kids got to keep their beloved Wernersville, PA mini-ranch and the Neilds have remained her main support system.

Kate's low-key day was a far cry from what was going on with Jon Gosselin this weekend. He reported to cops that his New York apartment had been burglarized and, without using her name publicly, has accused his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman of the crime. Hailey isn't taking the accusations lying down. She has her own attorneys representing her and is making her own accusations against Jon.

Jon Gosselin returned to New York after spending Christmas in Pennsylvania with his eight children to discover his apartment had been burglarized. "[He] called me this afternoon . . . when he entered his apartment in Manhattan and was horrified, disheartened and saddened to observe the devastation of his furniture, clothing and personal belongings, which were apparently slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator," Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, said in a statement Saturday. "Jon immediately contacted me and facilitated the able assistance of the New York City Police Department who immediately dispatched an experienced detective to Jon’s apartment." According to Heller, Gosselin, 32, discovered a note that was "speared" into his wooden dresser. Heller also says that Gosselin's television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game and dishes, pots and pans were stolen from the New York apartment, while some of his clothing, luggage and bedding was slashed. "The greatest damage from this vicious, mean spirited and heartless crime was perpetrated not on Jon’s property and possessions, but on Jon Gosselin himself, who experienced a traumatic, emotional, roller coast ride having just shared a joyful family gathering with his children during their Christmas," Heller's statement read.

"Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It's a simple as that." That's what Jon Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview, as New York police continue to investigate damage to Jon's apartment. Police seized building security tape, according to Heller, who said the only person other than Jon with a key to his apartment is Hailey. Heller spoke out after Hailey's attorney told RadarOnline.com that the situation appeared to be a "huge publicity stunt" and someone is trying to frame Hailey. Heller fired back that security video will prove Hailey trashed Jon's apartment Saturday and left with his plasma TV and other belongings.

He revealed that Jon's favorite Louis Vuitton shoes were shredded by some type of knife and a Ming vase that was in Jon's family for 100 years was shattered.
Police gathered fingerprint evidence from the knife and the handwritten note, Heller told RadarOnline.com. One source says that Hailey has admitted to writing the note.
"The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself," Heller told RadarOnline.com. The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star discovered his New York apartment ransacked after spending Christmas in Pennsylvania with his eight children.
He also found a handwritten note "speared" with a knife into his wooden dresser, Heller told RadarOnline.com. Some of his clothing, luggage and bedding was slashed, according to Heller. Hailey's mother called Jon, Heller told RadarOnline.com, but Jon wouldn't discuss the incident with her.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Hailey was questioned by police on Saturday and that her parents spoke to police Sunday. Never one to mince words, Heller told RadarOnline.com: "Jon feels like he was raped." He added that investigators will speak to Jon again in several days and he expects criminal charges to be filed soon after that. Bad feelings between Hailey and Jon were obvious when Hailey Twittered that Jon stole her rent money, a story first reported by RadarOnline.com. She moved out of the apartment they were sharing last week.

It seems Kate Gosselin has moved on from the drama that plagued her this year. On Friday, the day her divorce from Jon Gosselin was finalized, Kate made a humorous appearance on The Jay Leno Show as the featured person for Jay’s Ten @ Ten segment. There is one thing still binding Kate to her ex-hubby — their last name Gosselin. But don’t expect to see Kate by a new name in 2010. A TLC rep told HollywoodLife.comthat Kate is a Gosselin for good.
Rumors circulated that Kate would drop the “Gosselin” in 2010 and return to her maiden name of “Kreider.”

However, a TLC spokesperson rejected the name-change claim stating the mother of eight is Gosselin through and through. “It’s untrue, it’s not an option,” the rep told Hollywood Life.
For now, the proud momma is focusing on finishing up her Christmas shopping and baking cookies with the kiddies.

Earlier that morning, a source close to the situation told PEOPLE that "the divorce papers are sitting on a desk, waiting to be signed." "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on the children," Kate said in a statement. "On behalf of myself and my legal team, I want to express my deep appreciation to the Judge and his staff, as well as to the arbitrator, for resolving this case." She added: "This has been a challenging transition for all of us, but I am confident that we will move ahead with the important task of restructuring our lives."

The dissolution of the nationally famous union was expected to become legal before the beginning of 2010, despite remarks from Jon's attorney that the case may drag on until next year. Details of the split have been ironed out, though MSNBC said late Thursday night that an issue developed over Jon's .38 pistol, which reportedly was fired on the Gosselin's Wernersville, Penn., property. The judge has subsequently banned the weapon, says the story. Still to be seen is what sort of TLC show evolves from the Gosselin franchise. Hello Gosselin fans! As shocking as this sounds, I will say it anyway. I was very happy that all things Gosselin has remained quiet for a while. Can you believe it? I wanted the haters to move on, the lips of the trolls to stop foaming. There was just so much hate for this family simply from jealousy and over-exposure, that I was a good idea for everyone to step back a bit. Not that Jon has a choice. You knows he's destined for "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here". Kate on the other hand, is still quietly working hard, trying to focus on prospects for the new year. And even though the haters feel like they have some type of duty to protect kids they don't know or really care about, everyone seems to be happy the kids are off TV. Except apparently, the kids.

I for one, have always felt overwhelmed & stressed during this short month between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't have enough time, never enough money, never enough of myself for my family, to make it through the month without wanting to scream. I seem to always have too much on my plate, and then the sore throats start. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way.. It sounds like money is tight for former reality dad Jon Gosselin. Last week, TLC was granted a preliminary injunction that forced Jon to stop making public appearances. Now a source close to Gosselin tells Fox411.com that the decision was a serious blow to the livelihood of the former “Jon and Kate Plus 8” star. "Jon's in pretty serious financial trouble because his plan for making money was shut down in court,” the insider said. “He has warned his lawyers that he can't pay them and if he doesn't succeed against TLC, he will have no funds. He's even gone so far as to say that if they want to be paid, they will have to sue him."

Those lawyers are part of a father/son team that was introduced to Gosselin by Michael Lohan, says the insider. "Mark and Mike Heller were brought in because Michael Lohan was involved, and he convinced them to join Jon's team early on in the summer,” the source said. “Lohan wanted to latch onto Jon and involved many people he knew. He convinced them Jon was going to have a successful career after the show.” Mike Heller is the CEO of Talent Resources, which manages Jon Gosselin, and Mark Heller is Jon Gosselin’s New York lawyer. But it wasn’t just Michael Lohan, currently having trouble himself, fueling the enthusiasm around the TV dad. Gosselin also led his lawyers to believe that he had money in his various accounts, said the source.

Now Gosselin's bills are stacking up and he needs to get a legitimate job, but the insider says he is making no effort to get one. "It's a good thing Kate Gosselin has been put in charge of the family funds that provide for the couple's eight children," the insider says. "She is the responsible parent." Reps for the Hellers deny any problems with Gosselin. “Jon Gosselin’s New York lawyer has the highest regard for Jon Gosselin and will continue to work for Jon for as long as he requires their services," the rep said in a written statement to Fox411.com "The Hellers have no concern relevant to being paid by Jon for their services and see no circumstances under which they would ever sue Jon."

A judge granted TLC's request for a preliminary injunction against Jon Gosselin late Thursday following a day of testimony in a Maryland court room, and RadarOnline.com's Sarah Park was there when Judge Michael D. Mason made his decision. The ruling means that Jon must abide by the exclusivity and confidentiality agreement in his contract, putting an end to his unapproved and paid interviews with various outlets. It will also prohibit him from continuing to pursue competing TV deals.

The action took place in Montgomery County Circuit Court TLC will continue to litigate its breach of contract lawsuit against its rogue one-time star. A trial date for that action has been set for April, 2010. In a side note, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Jon's lawyer Mark Heller was denied permission by the judge to sit at the table with defense counsel Thursday. Heller is not licensed to practice in Maryland and did not apply for special permission to practice in this case. He was relegated to sitting in the audience.

After the judge's ruling, TLC released this statement: "We are pleased with the Court's ruling today. The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly. Step one -- getting the court to order Mr. Gosselin to comply with his contractual obligations -- has been accomplished. Any further breaches going forward will be violations of a court order. We look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."

Jon was not present for the proceedings at the Maryland Circuit Court. He had been expected to be questioned under oath regarding his outside income, statements about TLC and more.
TLC's attorney, Paul Gaffney, a partner in the firm of Williams & Connolly, methodically and emphatically made his case, eliciting testimony that left no doubt Gosselin had breached his contract. The judge's decision proved that Gaffney and TLC met every requirement for the injunction, a ruling that will drastically change Jon's life and silence his paid extra-curricular activities that TLC claimed caused them great harm. TLC Chief Operating Officer Edward Sabin testified that Gosselin's behavior was embarrassing for the network and the show, pointing to an August appearance he made in Las Vegas at a pool party. "It made the show look bad," Sabin said of Jon & Kate Plus 8. "Photos of Jon Gosselin with scores of bikini-clad women was inconsistent with our image brand of our show."

Jon's lawyer Peter Toumbekis said in his closing argument that the 32-year old's lifestyle had not done any "irreparable harm" and pointed to the fact that since the controversy surrounding the Gosselin's marriage surfaced, the show's ratings went "through the roof!" Toumbekis also brought up the Pennsylvania Labor Department's ongoing investigation regarding the show's contract in the context of the children, alleging the network purposefully circumvented child labors laws and neglected to justly compensate the eight kids. But the judge wasn't buying the argument. And the granting of the preliminary injunction is partially based on a belief that TLC is likely to prevail at trial.

Jon Gosselin’s embattled girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was deposed on Monday by lawyers for TLC and got a painful surprise – confirmation that her boyfriend cheated on her.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com after the deposition Glassman had only harsh words for Jon and called him “a monster.” She was the third witness deposed by TLC in their breach of contract lawsuit against the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.

Glassman, 22, blasted Jon and said: “He became a monster. He’s master manipulator and a compulsive liar.” After sticking with him faithfully for eight months, Glassman got definitive proof Monday that Jon cheated on her — with former Star reporter Kate Major. “I was told under oath that Jon really did sleep with Kate Major,” a teary-eyed Glassman told RadarOnline.com. “I’m mind boggled and hurt by it. And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day. “Back in June, Jon came to me and said he had a friend who felt horrible for me and wanted to do a ‘defending Hailey’ article,” she explained. “I think back now and say to myself, ‘Hailey, you should have been smarter.’ I mean they told me, ‘Kate Major is going to pretend to be Jon’s girlfriend so they can take the heat off of you’, and I was like, ‘great! Ok, thank you!’”
But photos of Major and Jon together made her feel the “ultimate betrayal.” Jon’s legal team did not have a lawyer present at today’s deposition, an unusual move.

Hailey says she told TLC’s Lawyers that she never discussed business deals with Jon and that she was shocked to read reports that she was in on several money making ventures with the reality dad. “Anyone with a brain can guess that he did stuff outside his contract,” she admits. “He couldn’t do anything without TLC’s approval, we all know that. But he didn’t discuss business deals with me.” The one deal Hailey did do was an interview with a major entertainment television show after she was approached with an offer by Michael Heller. “Michael Heller came to me to do the interview and I said that the only way I would do it was if I could be honest and bare my soul. So we did the interview. Then when the check came, Michael wouldn’t give it to me because he said that Jon owed his father [Mark Heller] money and he wanted me to sign my check over to Jon. It was the most ridiculous thing in the world. To this day, Mike Heller has my check from October.”

Finally some good news for Jon and Kate Gosselin – it appears the couple has finally sold their original Pennsylvania home for around $300,000, Radar Online.com has learned.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality couple had been trying to sell the 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Elizabethtown, Pa, since March 2009.

A spokesman from local realtors Brownstone Real Estate confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the property was off the market and under contract – if everything proceeds then the deal should go through in the next four to six weeks.The embattled couple – who are currently going through a messy divorce – bought the property for $280,000 in 2006. On season four, of Jon & Kate Plus Eight an episode showed contractors getting the house in tip-top shape – including removing lighting that had been installed for filming purposes – before it went up for sale. The home is in a suburban neighborhood where the houses are built fairly close together on approx. 1/3-acre lots.

It's a family-friendly area where kids ride bikes, skateboard and play outside when the weather is warm. But it wasn't always a peaceful place for the family of 10 - former neighbors say that curious fans often drove by the Gosselin's house to gawk. Last fall, the Gosselins moved into a $1.1 million, 6,000-square-foot home in Wernersville, Pa. The closing for the 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath home was on Oct. 23, 2008, records show. Unlike their old house, the family now has plenty of privacy - the nearly 24-acre property is fenced in and has a metal gate at the end of the driveway, about a half mile from the front door. The couple is still to decide what to do with their current home once their divorce is finalized.

No doubt the Kate Gosselin naysayers of the world were thrilled that the ongoing overage of this family died down once Tiger Woods made a spectacle of his private marriage public by crashing into a tree. Let me not get into how disgusted I am about that. I will just say that I'm happy this family has been able to fly under the radar a bit and try to get back to their lives without the media. Although Radar.com did get a peak of Jon getting bad gas flushed out of his car...Wohhoo, can you say "slow news day?" Kate Major is finally spilling the intimate details of her relationship with Jon Gosselin. Following her deposition this week in the TLC breach of contract case against Gosselin, Major spoke to RadarOnline.com. She revealed why she fell for him and talked about her own business contract with him. Major called her deposition “pretty intense. I told the truth, I have nothing to hide.”

She admitted that she fell for Jon because she believed in him and felt he had a good work ethic. “I really felt it would work out for us”. Major revealed that both she and Jon signed a contract stating that she would quit her job as a Star magazine reporter and work solely for him. “It was a mutual agreement, and it was not on a napkin. Jon and I both had a copy. It was the same copy that was signed and dated that we both drew up together."

When asked if she was going through with plans to sue Jon for breach of contract, Major told us her lawyers are exploring all options. But when pressed to say whether she would sue Gosselin if it was up to her, Major replied slyly, “Oh, you betcha! He messed with the wrong girl!”

Michael Lohan has slammed former bestie Jon Gosselin. Lohan testified this week about Gosselin as part of TLC's lawsuit about the reality show dad breaching his contract by taking unauthorized outside work, like hosting a Vegas pool party. Lohan says he had a business arrangement to get him work (and presumably get a cut of the pay), and Gosselin reneged.
"Jon knows what the deal was. I kept him out of harm's way... and he stabbed me in the back," Lohan told Access. "When you open your door to somebody and you give them a safe haven and a place to go and then they turn around and bite the hand that feeds or stab you in the back, that doesn't sit well with me.""Jon has hurt a lot of people in his life, I feel bad for him."

Hello Gosselin fans! Happy Thanksgiving weekend! I'm doing this post tonight because I hope to sleep all Sunday. Of course I won't, but I can dream can't I? Between a reckless midnight trip to the stores, a long party at a hotel and a turkey that almost wasn't, I have been a very busy girl. So when we last left Jon & Kate..Kate entertained her good friends, bodyguard Steve Neild and his wife Gina, for Thanksgiving dinner Thursday. It was Kate's first major holiday since her split from Jon. Kate's screwball ex, Jon, (Radar.com's words, not mine) had wanted fans to believe he was going to his grandmother's for turkey day but his on-again/off-again girlfriend Hailey Glassman ratted him out on Twitter. Seems Jon was really off snowboarding with a buddy! The TLC Jon and Kate Plus 8 series finale garnered a strong 4.3 million audience last Monday. The one hour episode put together the last bits of film it had on the family. A twitter rage broke out aimed at Jon Gosselin for ending the show. The Gosselin divorce is moving ahead rapidly. All their assets should be split by December 21, with the marriage officially over by December 31.

Kate Gosselin is seen having a brief conversation with officers in a police cruiser, as she runs errands in her Toyota SUV. Jon is schedule to resume daddy duty of their eight children soon. There has been great speculation about where Jon spent his Thanksgiving weekend. No pictures have emerged. Jon himself told x17 videographers that he would be spending it with his Grandma, but Hailey Glassman called him a liar on her twitter and divulged he was skiing in Utah. It gets worse, Kate Major then tweets that the father is likely getting high on his holidays. It seems all of Jon's ex-girlfriends, except Deanna Hummel, have banded together to denounce the still married father of eight. Not satisfied with their tearful TV tours to get revenge, they have resorted to tweeting on his activities.

With both Stephanie Santoro and now Kate Major mentioning Jon's alleged drug use, Jon may be very concerned about what soon to be ex-wife Kate Gosselin was saying to the police officers. Jon's ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman was charged with drug offenses in her college days.

Here's one thing Jon Gosselin's probably not thankful for this year: audio recording devices. The "Jon & Kate Plus 8" dad has been caught saying some pretty damning things about his children and TLC, the network that aired his reality series, courtesy of taped phone calls recorded and released to Radar Online by Michael Lohan, who has apparently decided that his new friends are worthy of the same taping treatment he gives his starlet daughter, Lindsay, and his ex-wife, Dina. "I mean, I put my kids out there to every pedophile on the planet, and they never got paid for it?" Gosselin said in the recording, spouting off about TLC allegedly profiting off his family. "It's disgusting."

Gosselin goes on to explain how TLC "scare tactic"-ed him into an exclusivity clause in his contract with the network. TLC is suing Gosselin for breaching that contract. He also claims the network stole money owed to his child. "They tried to scare tactic me," he said. "Why the f**k should they get paid and not my kids?"

"And I see now they know that I know," Gosselin said. "That they took money from People [magazine], they took money from Good Housekeeping. They struck side deals and none of that money went to my kids. To leak that to the public? Oh my god, Michael, can you imagine? They'd be so f**ked. Their stock would tank. That they stole from eight kids." Gosselin's rants continue for almost four minutes. "They never say the good things," he said, lambasting the media. "Never, because the good things don't sell. I've learned. I'm not stupid."

Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Heller, said he has no comment at this time. "I'm not even going to dignify this with a comment," TLC senior vice president Laurie Goldberg said. Lohan said he recorded his conversations with Gosselin several months ago because the two were talking about putting together a reality show, "The Divorced Dads Club," and he was afraid Gosselin would cut him out of the development deal. "When someone makes me believe they were lying or something was going to happen, I tape their conversations," he told ABC News.

The leaked conversation comes on the heels of the news that his divorce from his estranged wife, Kate Gosselin, may finally be finite. Gosselin offered the mother of his children a bouquet of red roses at their divorce arbitration hearing over the weekend, according to The Associated Press. She refused them. But, despite that, the session went so swimmingly that their divorce could be finalized by the end of the year, Gosselin's attorney told the AP.

Gosselin's been on an "I'm sorry" spree of late. In New York City earlier this month, the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" dad told a crowd of media, fans and critics that he's cooling things off with his girlfriend, Hailey Glassman. "We decided not to take a break, just slow things down, until I get through my divorce and I know everything is settled and OK," Gosselin said. "I don't want another failure in my relationships. I don't want to make the same mistakes I made with Kate, with Hailey. I would just be repeating the pattern over again." Gosselin added that he and Glassman, the daughter of Kate Gosselin's plastic surgeon, "should never have gone to France" earlier this year. As Jon & Kate Plus 8 wraps up its final season, it's strange to think of the Gosselin family no longer coming into our living room. From the adorable twins and sextuplets -- Mady, Cara, Joel, Collin, Aaden, Leah, Alexis and Hannah -- to the love/hate relationship we have with parents Kate and Jon, this oversized brood has been a part of our lives since the family first appeared on TLC on May 14, 2006. We'll miss the cute kid moments ("The boys did it!") and one-liners ("Hannah pooped in Hannah's underwears.") She even mocked herself on The Jay Leno Show. When TLC announced that the show would start being called Kate Plus 8, Jon forbade the cameras from filming his kids. TLC sued Jon and Jon sued back. And the lack of fresh footage forced TLC to bring the series to an end. Now, as we gear up for the sure-to-be-tear-filled series finale of Jon & Kate Plus 8, we remember the kids' cutest moments. Jon and Kate Financial Assets To Be Divided By December 21: Radar.com

A divorce arbitrator will divide Jon and Kate's financial assets by December 21, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. That timetable makes it likely that the couple's divorce can be finalized by the end of this year, as Jon's lawyer Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com previously.

Jon and Kate spent much of Saturday, November 21 with an arbitrator who went though the marital property line by line. Many - but not all - decisions about who gets what were made and the arbitrator will resolve the outstanding economic issues with a ruling by December 21, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. Things got off to a rocky start when Heller showed up 45 minutes late with several shopping bags full of documents, RadarOnline.com learned.

And as we previously reported Jon brought roses for Kate in a publicity stunt to try to further Team Jon's characterization of the divorce as the War of the Roses. Kate did not accept the roses and a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com, "She was disgusted by Jon's actions. She sees right through him. "He told the press he brought the flowers as a peace offering but Kate knows he just did it for attention. You can't go on TV and say you despise someone and then bring them roses. Kate is keeping her focus on pushing this divorce through as fast as possible." Kate had hoped to keep Saturday's meeting out of the spotlight and avoid a sideshow to what has been a painful and public divorce for the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.

When the couple's finances are decided by the arbitrator's ruling Jon will be looking at some potentially hefty legal bills coming out of his share. TLC is suing him for breach of contract and seeking a preliminary injunction against him. RadarOnline.com examined the court docket and there are proceedings scheduled past the first six months of next year. If TLC is awarded damages against Jon, he could see his share of the marital assets disappear with record speed.

Jon Gosselin’s embarrassingly public blunders are hitting him right where it counts – the wallet.

RadarOnline.com learned that the reality dad’s former fling, Kate Major, has retained an attorney and is moving forward with plans to sue him for breach of contract. “Kate called me and has retained my services regarding a possible breach of contract between herself and Jon Gosselin,” Major’s attorney, Ben Pietra, confirmed to RadarOnline.com. “We are keeping our legal options open, but if a breach of contract has occurred, we will be moving forward with a lawsuit.”

Gosselin and Major signed a secret handwritten agreement back in June, in which Kate agreed to work for Jon as his personal assistant, earning a percentage from his accounts and pledging not to talk to the media about their relationship .

All was quiet on the Gosselin front—for a few days, anyway—but not anymore. And you have Kate Major to thank. The tabloid reporter turned comically contracted personal assistant/romantic interest of Jon Gosselin is ready to launch a battle royale against the reality douche dad.

"One day this nightmare will hopefully end," she tweeted today. "If he would have told the TRUTH we wouldnt be in this position…."You don't have to strain too hard to figure out the "he" to whom she's referring. Major has already lawyered up in advance of a potential lawsuit, which, will include claims of breach-of-contract, fraud and loss of wages. She claims that Gosselin apparently failed to make good on the hand-scrawled, half-baked terms of their contract, which promised Major a salary commensurate to her Star paycheck and "a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

We've heard of tangled webs, but this is getting ridiculous. Father of eight Jon Gosselin is embroiled in a "he-said she-said battle" with girlfriend Hailey Glassman and Octo-mom Nadya Suleman. Hailey says he has emotionally abused her, and Nadya says he was talking about teaming with her for a new reality show.

Only one of these statements is true - and according to a source close to Gosselin, it isn't Hailey's. A close confidante to Jon Gosselin tells Fox411 that last week's taped confession by Hailey on "The Insider" was all designed for TV by Jon himself. "Jon actually made the decision to have Hailey go on air and bad mouth him," says the insider. "Jon and Hailey get paid for their appearances on these shows and they need the money. It was easy for Hailey to conjure tears, their lives are less than stellar right now, but Jon hasn't abused [her]."

So why go on TV and say that he did? "They agreed to have her go on and make the abuse allegations!" our shocked source says. "Jon doesn't have much money left and he is not currently searching for a real job. Jon still seeks money through his fame and notoriety. He really wants a reality show of his own, and he is stretching out every moment of the drama for a dollar."
Which means Hailey's abuse allegation was just a "Balloon Boy" type stunt to attract reality-TV producer attention. However, the other rumor of the week, that Jon would be involved with Octomom, was true, even though he denied it, says the source. Jon released a statement on Thursday night denying he even heard about a reality show with Nadya Suleman. But emails seen by Fox411 and RadarOnline.com show Gosselin was contemplating the show and hoping to get close to a million dollars for a slew of fake dates with Octomom.

"His whole team heard of the project and was involved in brokering the possible deal," the confidante tells Fox411. "His managers, lawyers and publicists need to get something rolling for him or he won't be able to pay them. Jon doesn't have a big bank account loaded with money. He has to do something and this would have been funny, plus Hailey had no problem going along with the fake dates and pretending to be upset. She is along for the ride and enjoys being on TV."
The insider says Jon is still using excuses to explain his bad behavior and the poor example he's setting for his children. "Jon still believes he got married too young and had too many children that he wasn't ready for - that's what has led to the demise of his relationship and the TV show," says the source. "Kate doesn't even talk to him. She leads a totally separate life, and their schedules are worked out far in advance to completely avoid each other."

Hello Gosselin fans! I hope that you are all getting ready for the Holidays, could you believe that its a week and a half until Thanksgiving? Then it's full swing till Christmas..I have been asked many times if I was sad the shows run as we know it was ending. For me I am truly sad about it. This show seemed like it helped out so many women going through the challenges of being stay-at-home moms, me included. I truly still love watching the show. I still fully support Kate 100%, and excited to see what the future holds for her and her wonderful children.

That doesn't mean I'm going anywhere...Are you kidding me? I'm excited to watch the haters, nasty trolls and every crazy in between fade away & find new people to let out their frustrations on. For everything to die down a bit, and once again be the last blog standing. I will say it comes at a good time for me. I will be so busy once December starts, my loyal readers may have to tell ME the inside scoops! Jon Gosselin surfing, partying like the rock star he's not. Jon Gosselin is living the life. Have you ever seen an out-of-work dude with eight children from the Pennsylvania sticks party like this? We think not.
Jon Gosselin is in Hawaii with his mom and stepdad to attend the wedding of Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Shane Victorino. And while he's there, Jon's not letting any grass skirts grow under his feet -- he's been living the life of a native, partying like nobody's business (except in true Jon Gosselin fashion he makes it everybody's business).

Last year around this time Jon was in Hawaii to renew his vows with estranged wife Kate Gosselin...but this weekend Jon was touting his new no-ties lifestyle, snapped out surfing in the Pacific. Whether he actually got up on the board is unclear, but apparently pretending to hang ten is good for press. Meanwhile Saturday night after Victorino's wedding Jon got loose at a bar with -- it's a mystery to us too -- lots of ladies around. Paparazzi caught him looking completely smashed at Lulu's Lahaina Surf Club & Grill. We're so proud of Jon for turning over a new leaf.
